RE: Complaint about fantastic services
My name is Bishop Joseph Aluko. I hereby lodge a formal complaint against Fantastic Services based on the following grounds: -
(1) That you provided a weekly service to my late wife and me for cleaning services including laundry from April 2020.
(2) That we were satisfied with your services, especially with the lady who got married and moved away to Reading in June 2021.
(3) That we paid you £89 as an annual subscription in July 2021.
(4) That we requested another cleaner on several occasions to no avail.
(5) That Fantastic Cleaning Services breached the contract to supply us with a regular weekly cleaner despite our request especially with the ailing health conditions of my late wife Mrs. Monica Aluko. Consequently, your negligence of duty contributed to the death of Mrs. Monica Aluko in October 2021.
(6) That I Joseph Aluko was seriously affected after 60 years of happy marriage.
(7) Joseph became ill and his health conditions deteriorated.
(8) It was in March 2022 that Joseph started to recover hence this action was not brought about earlier. In summary, I hereby claim the refund of £89 paid for services not provided. That I claim compensation of £5,000 (five thousand pounds) being specific damages caused to me by the negligence of duty and breach of contract by Fantastic Services. I await your offer for an amicable resolution within the next 14 days. Disappointed.
