I have been using fashion fair for many years not sure from exactly when I started but I was in my thirties I'm now almost 60 up until 2018 and then back in 2022 when I realized that the company was back. The foundation shade that I've ordered and used was pure brown for years but there was no pure brown but there was no pure brown to order. To find my match I did the quiz, the shade finder and the color chart which worked according to fashion fair you put your old shade name in and they match you to that exact shade but with the new name. For pure brown the new name according to fashion fair was Suede silk. After checking a few times and in my excitement because fashion fair was back I ordered the Suede silk the new name for pure brown which I was led to believe. Me thinking maybe I was doing something wrong because I hadn't used fashion fair for two years due to the fact that they had been gone for a couple years I continued to order. Finally after excepting that this is just not a match, I went into my account to try and figure out what to do and then I noticed pure brown side by side with Suede silk. The same pure brown that had the new name suede silk according to fashion fair. I sent an email and received no help nothing not rewards not an apology but Instead I feel like I'm being blame for the company misleading.
Desired outcome: Rewards or a refund an apology for all of the money I spent on suede silk.
