Fastweb review: Internet/voice connection

The modem disconnects every 10 minutes and the internet and telephone line are gone, this is almost 24/7. If you call the support they answer from Albania, while the service is in Italy, they don't even speak italian properly.

After speaking with the operators you soon realize there is no solution, they try to blame you for something non existent, than the open another ticket that again is not answered (they answer without answer mainly).

They keep robbing people of 30 € per month without any issue, the only thing that works.
