Hi, me and my husband are one of the oldest Rogers client since 1991 for family cell phones. we are struggling for life life since my husband diagnosed to two type of cancer and concerns surgeries and chemotherapies. we were busy with my husband hospitalized since then and we had no chance ti check Rogers cable bills and just tried to made some payments based on 2018 agreement and products which was almost $150.00 per months then Rogers starts to change our product and ran up prices because we were getting busy with my husband hospitalizing and didn't check the bills. this email is my husband's

My dear since we started this plan last year February we had un limited internet fast download for $70.00 which we found. Now they changed to Rogers ignite for $97.99 plus wifi modem $10.00 !
We had:
TSN (all Chanel's)
SN (all Chanel's)
Crave + Movies + HBO
RT
American Heroes channel
beIN sport
Stars
WHD channel 27
AMC channel 32
Show case 39
Plus basic channels from one to 24
And Rogers on demand
All in compettion with Comway and Bell company for:
For $150.00
AND
Bell don't charge ($24.95 & 12.95) for two NextBox Rental ! Plus $10.00 for wi-fi modem ! Which in total We should have pay almost $48.00 for instrument !
With Bell products we could put Tv every where with Bell internet and cable no matter how many tv we use?
So based on Rogers changed our products without any discussetiin instead of $150.00 (last year initiating account price) they charging $309.75 !
Si following previous prices I paid 100 to 150 each month and on Mar 14, 19 we been busy in hospital treatments my son paid $250.00 on his credit and I paid $100.00 on April 19, 19. But when we came home last Monday Eastern from hospital Internet was disconnected and We called and just found out about the NEW crasy changes and prices.

But no one still responded our request. On Friday we paid another $200.00 on line for this account but still we have no internet which is my sick husband only hope !
Please check this out for this Rogers jumping prices and products based their own desires and benefits any several months and poor people usually busy with life like us and won't have time to check their bills.
Now they disconnected our internet since Easter Monday since we paid $100.00 just on Apr 19 and $200.00 last Friday all My husband have in bed is internet Iand it's disconnected since last Monday. I have full trusted That someone has sympathy in your department and customer care for solve our matters with discounted us those extra charges and admin fees. please let me know what we do my dear asap.
