Fay Nutrition - Scheduled call for March 15 at 9am
Received several text appointment reminders. Waited 20 minutes on Zoom for dietician who never showed. Turns out she doesn’t work weekends. And instead of trying to work me in (Melissa B.)….she chose the easy way out and just scheduled me two weeks out when I have already waited three weeks! I won’t give them a second chance. My time is valuable too.

Dont Use - Theyll take your money!
I've had 2 sessions so far. I received an email for both saying that they were fully covered by my insurance but I saw a charge of $90. I looked at my Fay billing statements and they put that I had 2 sessions in one day, one fully covered and one with an amount due of $90. And then there was my actual 2nd session a few days later that was also fully covered. That $90 session is fraud, I did not have that session.
Recommendation: DO NOT USE
Do not do it!!!
I started paying $13,74 (one session) and ended up paying $90 (one session). These people are garbage and not honest. Their advertising says "Most people pay $0" and this ITS NOT TRUE AT ALL. DON'T DO IT! THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE YOU WHATEVER THEY WANT! SCAMMERS! Also, when I went to delete my account and my payment/ insurance information, Fay does not allow me to do that either. This company is a scam and they are not honest!
Recommendation: DO NOT USE FAY, GO DIRECTLY TO THE DIETITIAN INSTEAD.
