So, I gotta say, this Fencescape place ain't all it's cracked up to be. My fence has only been up for three years and it's already falling apart! It's like every week we gotta fix a new section because the dang stringers are separating from the posts. I mean, come on, what kind of shoddy construction is this? Don't waste your money here, folks.

These guys at Fencescape are the real deal! They were super nice and polite from the start. They came over to give us a price and then they took down our old fence and put up a new one. The work they did was amazing! They were really careful and clean and did a really good job. The fence they put up is really good quality too. They asked us what we wanted and gave us some ideas and options. They even let us change our minds if we wanted to. I would definitely tell my friends and family to use them.

Fencescape is a good company. They put up my PVC fence on May 3 and it was done on time. The fence is really straight, good quality and level. I like that it's not shiny like other fences. The workers were professional and talked to me a lot while they were working. They wanted to make sure it was good quality. I think you should use this company if you want a PVC fence.

Fencecape put up our fence in the backyard. They did it last week and it was pretty good. But today they put up a fence in our neighbor's backyard and messed up our fence. They took it down to make it easier for them and then put it back up all crooked and weird-looking. It's not even straight anymore.

Fencescape put up a wood fence for us and our neighbors not too long ago. But now, we're having some problems. Some of the panels are coming off the posts and the screws are breaking. We called the company, but the guy who came out said it's not their fault because the wood is bad. But we don't think that's the whole story because some of the panels are only held up by one screw. We've had to fix four panels already and we've found two more that are the same. We're worried about how many more will happen.

So, I had a bad experience with Fencescape. The guy who came to put up the fence on Sep 16th was a real jerk. He changed the plan and made the fence shorter than what we agreed on. When I asked him why, he got all mad and started cussing at me and my wife. He even left before finishing the job! When I called the sales guy we talked to before, he didn't help at all. He just told us to talk to the rude installer. And when we tried calling him again, he wouldn't even answer the phone. I don't even know if we're getting a fence anymore or when it's gonna happen.

I tried to get in touch with Fencescape for a long time, but they didn't give me a clear date for installing my fence, even though they had my deposit for a while. They didn't even come to my place to measure or talk about my worries. This delay caused me a lot of problems because I'm a homeowner with a tight schedule. When I cancelled and asked for my money back, they said they'd give me everything back without mentioning any fees. But when I got my refund receipt, they took $100 for no reason. When I called to ask for my full refund, the boss was unprofessional and said the money was for "admin fees," but that wasn't in our written agreement. I didn't get any work or service either. Plus, they gave my neighbor the full refund but took $100 from me.
