Fetch! Pet Care Petsitter damaged property

Petsitter damaged the bird netting on my balcony. Did not attempt to fix it. After canceling my account, petsitter returned my keys with a nasty letter. Very unprofessional, rude and condescending.

Could you provide the letter that was "rude"? Also, it would be helpful to state how you went about informing them of the damage. If you just jumped on them about it without first asking "Oh, by the way, my netting was torn, do you know what happened?" then you would deserve a tart note.
In the long run you got your keys back and they didn't charge you for anything they shouldn't have so I have to wonder what the point of this complaint is.
