Excellent customer support
I have had a few instances where I had to postpone my plans I got through fever. In these times (pandemic and such), it's great to work with a customer service team that supports you and works with you like fever has for me. I'm very impressed.
Wonderful
I go to lots of "Arts" productions and am always happy when a new venue comes up. Tonight I went to "A tribute to Adele" the musicians were amazing and the setting in the Church perfect?not to miss mentioning that the sound was awesome! Thank you!

Great customer service
Contacted them about getting a carers ticket, they were great, sent me an email which they asked me to reply to with my evidence, within a few minutes I had an email back with a voucher code to get my free carers ticket, no issues whatsoever. Great service!
Manuel was awesome
I appreciate Manuel's Prompt & courteous attention to resolving my issues with my tickets. He came up with a solution and implement it immediately so I can still attend tomorrow's event. Thank you for all of your help and for the great service and pleasure working with you.
Refund offered for cancellation due to weather
Very happy to have been offered a refund for a cancelled event due to the storm recently. Julio was really helpful and got back to me asap with a response. I would usually have taken the voucher but we have a holiday coming up where we could use the money. Thanks for the customer sevice julio!
Excellent Customer Service
I made a mistake in oderfing tickets and wanted a refund. The online Customer Service was excellent. Each time the emails I sent were answered promptly. Although the refund took quite sometime. But when the Fever Team ensured me they are on top of it which I finally have received my refund back.
Response on updating tickets from one session to a later
Quick response to my request to shift my tickets from the 6pm session to the 8pm session for 2/23/22. Was told if tickets become available, because they were currently sold out, that they'd be willing to transfer my tickets. I'm still awaiting confirmation, but the guidance felt honest and trustworthy.
Cheers
Instant and excellent service
I purchased tickets for the Banksy show and unfortunately my reservation got canceled. I requested a refund using the messenger in the Fever app. The whole process was very fast and easy from the moments I contact Fever's representative to the time I received the confirmation of my refund. I will use Fever again.
So helpful, so fast!
I was stuck in a pinch after accidentally purchasing the wrong ticket set. I submitted a form thinking I might hear back in a couple of days, except I received a response within what must have been 10 minutes. The staff member was incredible helpful and gave me three great options to fix my problem. I selected the option and, again, they were in touch with me within minutes with the voucher. I was really impressed considering it was late at night. 10/10.
Several interactions with customer service & all positive
Reading some negative reviews & wanted to chime in that I've had a few different issues from not being able to access my account to not being able to attend an event due to illness and have only had very positive experiences. The customer service rep that helped me access my account was patient and spoke clearly and fixed my issue. When we were sick, we rec'd vouchers to reschedule but I neglected to rebook, so they expired. I contacted fever and explained why we never rescheduled and they extended my voucher so we were able to atrend the experience! Never had a problem contacting them or having someone assist me & they did exceed my expectations.

DO NOT BUY TICKETS
I booked to attend the "Old but Gold: 360? Cocktail Party" on the evening of Saturday 15th October with a friend who was back in London from Madrid. When we arrived, the gentlemen on the door were friendly and we were excited to attend the event. However, we were shown into the room where the event was to happen which consisted of a mostly bare room with just some tables in an L shape at one side of it.
Firstly, our two seats were not together, so we had to ask that we be seated together. The music was all over the place - not going through decade by decade, but random tunes which did not, for the most part, match the images that were projected onto the walls. There was no atmosphere at the event at all, despite the feeble efforts of a man shouting into a microphone over the music which was playing at a fairly low level.
The cocktails were stated to contain spirits, but were exceedingly weak with just a tiny hint of alcohol, and were clearly made up mainly of syrup. We even checked with one of the staff that they did, in fact, contain alcohol, and he confirmed they did, which was also pretty insulting as it was clear the alcohol content was minimal. The cocktails were a joke, particularly given the price we paid for each ticket.
This could have been an amazing event, and my friend and I were expecting a fun, lively, high quality - in your words "immersive" - experience. What we got was beyond budget, disappointing and a rip off, verging on fraud, frankly, given the "cocktails" that were served.
It is absolutely outrageous that this event was advertised as an event that promised to "transport you through the highs and lows of life, the music and earth-shattering events from the 70's to the nillies. Everything around you becomes a moving canvas during this journey through time. Sit back and submerge your senses as we serve you a carefully curated cocktail that fits each decade perfectly." It delivered none of this. We wrote to fever asking for a refund for the ?52 per ticket we bought as the event was poor and the "cocktails" that were promised were a total rip off. The response was an insincere apology and an offer of attending another event run by Fever, which is the last thing I want to waste my time or money on.
Unable to validate ticket
I bought a ticket for Van Gogh Immersive experience. I received a purchase confirmation notification via email, with a QR code and Ticket iD. However, my Fever app account under 'Ticket', was empty. On the day of the event, I was unable to validate my ticket using the QR code in my purchase confirmation email. What a disappointment!
I wrote to Fever on the same day of the event regarding my encounter. The hotline staff managed to ask me to re-install my Fever app saying it could be due to a technical glitch. There after, I followed the instructions and was able to see my Ticket in my account with the text 'available', meaning no validation was applied yet, though the event date is over by 1 day.
I asked for either a refund or reschedule my event date since in their T & C, it stated I could request for a refund or reschedule ticket date within 48 hours, counting from the event date.
Yet a reply came saying my ticket has been validated and there is nothing they could do now.
I wondered who is the impersonator who has validated my ticket on my behalf? Or is it the Fever App troubleshoot team did the validation on their system just to close my case?
To date, I am left high and dry, nothing resolved after paying for the Ticket.
I am more afraid that the Fever App lacked the security and my account could be hacked and someone could be impersonating me to attend the event. Would I dare to buy future ticket using this app? Definitely no till they do something about it.
An email notification was also sent to me asking me to give feedback on the event experience, They assumed I have attended.
When I clicked on the survey link, cos was curious to see what happened next, an error messages popped up indicating is an insecure site. I did not proceed of course.
This Fever App is so vulnerable and the customer service support is so inefficient. The staff tried to find an easy way out to quickly close my case and took no responsibility for the 'technical glitch' as confirmed by the online support staff.
The Live Chat function was also having issue. Before I could type a line, the app kept prompting my session is expired. After a few attempts and with the same error message, I gave up.
A very unpleasant experience and the Fever App is definitely unsafe to use.
5 minutes late? Sorry, but no concert or refund or accommodation!
I purchased 3 tickets for the 'Candlelight: The Best of Joe Hisaishi' event and gave it as a gift to my mother and partner. We drove 45 minutes to the event and there was no parking on the premises, so we had to park 2 blocks away from the venue. Upon our arrival, the security guard refused our entrance because we were 5 minutes late. I let them know that I'm pregnant and my foot is sprained, so it took me longer to walk from my vehicle to the event. They said no apologies for the inconvenience and hand out business cards with a scan code and their customer service telefone number and informed us to call and request a refund. I've asked and confirmed with the receptionist, ticket holder and security guard if we would be able to get a refund and the three tickets, and they all confirmed and said 'yes, just contact our customer service and request your refund'. I've phoned the customer service shortly after and the lady on the phone requested my information and promised to callback within 2 hours to confirm the refund transaction, but she never did. The same day, after 3 hours, I've received a short email stating that they would not be able to process my refund because of 'Failure to attend an experience or the commission of an error during the acquisition of the tickets are not valid grounds to get refunded.' although, I have attended the event and was denied entrance and had no issues during or regarding the acquisition of our three tickets. I've responded to their email requesting an explanation and a refund, once again, and they have sent a short response saying that latency is not acceptable and the refund or nothing else could be done for me. Now, this experience was not only extremely frustrating because ive planned and purchased 168 CAD in 3 tickets, but I've also planned, drove 45 minites to the event and walked for over 7 minutes with a sprained foot and pregnant juat to be denied entrance with no apologies or accommodation or refund. Their customer service was poor from the moment we arrived to their venue, to the call I had with their customer service phone line and to the 2 emails they have exchanged with me. I've never heard or experienced a situation where one is denied entrance because of a 5 minutes latency. This shows their lack of care and respect for clients time, effort and money!
