Today, the support department at Find a Grave sent me over 100 emails with the same content.
I emailed Support asking what the email was referring to. I got another email exactly the same. I responded again and received another email exactly the same.
These emails from Support were being sent in an immediate time.
Either someone is have a big joke at Support or this company has a big technical issue that needs to be address immediately.
I now have 113 emails.
Desired outcome: Stop sending the same emails over again. This is harassment.Have some respect for customers and respond when they are asking a simple question as to why you've sent the email in the first place.
