Diamond Miller is the branch manager at the Kilgore branch on Stone Street in the Walmart and she has done nothing but lied to me, misinformed me, and been very unprofessional and it's just not fit for the job of a bank branch manager, she has carried out a simple everyday task of a bank over the period of six days where I've been lied to numerous times. Because of the unprofessionalism of Miss Miller my grandmother is in a situation where she is still being abused and mistreated whereas if Miss Miller would have been a woman of her word and professional my grandmother would no longer be being abused! Absolute horrible customer service, this bank manager is completely unfit and not qualified for the job she holds with the First Convenience Bank and as long as she is in that position I will doggedly advise everyone to never do business with that bank!

I have dealt with this Bank in two different locations here in Texas, one in Longview and the other in Kilgore Texas. This bank is the absolute worst bank to ever deal with with anything I do not recommend them and advise not banking with this Bank ever! I've literally dealt with trying to get my power of attorney over my grandmother filed with this bank for about 2 months now. And the most recent continual dealing with has been the branch and Kilgore and I've dealt with them now for 6 days and it's absolutely ridiculous and very unprofessional of the bank manager to just completely disregard me and my banking affairs concerning their Bank. I literally had all my paperwork in order except for one piece of paper and the bank manager tells me that I can email the remaining piece of paper to her after I have set in the office for 2 hours straight and so as soon as I get home I found the piece of paper needed and emailed it to the email address she gave me however I get no response ,nothing all day, and I end up calling to learn that she took off the day and that should be back at 4:00 in the afternoon so when I call then nobody answers all the way up until closing however I get a ride back to the bank before they close and the bank manager still is not there and apparently has giving me the wrong email address so I get the new correct email address and email the form remaining as I'm walking out the door. All day the next day no response no response no response I emailed this document over five times and so I end up calling customer service and they say they're going to conference call the bank see what the deal is so they called me back and tell me that apparently I have the wrong email address still because the bank managers never received anything. So the very next morning I go back to the bank and get told that the bank manager is the only one that can assist me and she's not there still now mind you if she's not there there's somebody there running the bank and common Sense would tell you if they can run the bank that they can assist a customer with a Power of Attorney form, don't you think? So I'm bald-faced lied to by this bank manager that has just disappeared for days and left me hanging with no regard to anything that I'm dealing with such as my grandmother being abused where she's at and which is the whole basis of me trying to get this document filed and things taken care of so I can move my grandmother out of work she's at and stop the abuse and the bank managers fully aware of the entire situation because of the two hours sit down that we had that morning I went over everything with her... So when I'm told that no one can assist me except for the bank manager herself I told him no that was not true because I dealt with another branch and all their employees could call the number needed to assist me with filing the power of attorney with their company and so therefore I know that that is not a true statement and so the bank manager gets on the phone and she literally tells me that yes she's the only one that help me now how ridiculous and very unprofessional to lie to a customer like that, anyways so she tells me that I will have to come back Monday morning and I'll be helped now mind you this is Friday evening when I'm told this so guess what today happens to be Monday and I go back up there it's a bank manager still not there she is called on the phone because the person running the bank causer after she verifies that I did have the correct email address and the bank manager tells me that I'm going to have to come back tomorrow to be helped now mind you I've wrote a bicycle in Texas miles and miles during the heat of the day to get to the bank this day because she told me to come today, still nothing, no help no matters taken care of only lied to and my grandmother is still in a situation where she's getting abused all because of the bank manager in Kilgore Texas on Stone Street of the First Convenience Bank in Walmart!
