Firstleaf Wine Club: A Refreshing & Impressive First-Timer's Experience
First time trying Firstleaf's wine and I must say, I was pretty impressed! The first sip went down real smooth, and the taste was refreshing and downright tasty. It was quite relaxing too - perfect for winding down after a long day at work.
Overall, I really enjoyed the wine and would definitely recommend joining this wine club to anyone who's interested. The selection is top notch and I can see myself becoming a loyal member.
I'm so glad I discovered Firstleaf! This delightful wine has truly exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be passing on the good word about this amazing wine club to my friends and family.
Seriously though, I love this wine! Can't wait to try more varieties.
Firstleaf Wine Club: Personalized Selections with International Flair
I recently discovered Firstleaf online at firstleaf.com and was intrigued when I received an email about a free wine offer. All I had to do was pay for shipping and handling, so I decided to give it a try. A few weeks later, I received 7 bottles of imported wine and was pleasantly surprised with the quality.
What's great about this wine club is that they curate a personalized selection of wine based on your preferences and reviews. After trying the first batch, I was able to rate each bottle and provide feedback for future shipments. The process was simple and easy to follow.
Now, every three months, I receive a new shipment of wine with a minimal payment. It's like clockwork! And the best part? All of the wines are imported. I love exploring new flavors and regions, and Firstleaf delivers.
Overall, I have no complaints about my experience with Firstleaf. The wines have been consistently delicious, and the personalized curation based on my preferences is a nice touch. I would recommend this wine club to anyone looking to explore new wines without the hassle of having to choose them yourself.
Beware of Firstleaf: Unauthorized Memberships and Terrible Customer Service
So, let me tell y'all about this company called Firstleaf. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest them to anyone. They go ahead and sign you up for a membership without your permission. Now, who does that? Not cool if you ask me.
I was planning a birthday party and decided to order a case of wine from them. I thought everything was good until they charged me $200 for another case the next month without my knowing. I was so confused and upset. I mean, I didn't sign up for a subscription service or anything. So, I called them up to straighten things out.
First of all, the representative I talked to was so rude. He barley gave me any time to explain my situation before jumping to excuses. He then had the audacity to offer me a measly $30 discount. I mean, really? That's almost like a slap in the face. And to top things off, they wouldn't even let me send back the extra case they sent me. What kind of service is that?
Since then, I have been trying to get a refund and it's been such a hassle. I'm seriously fed up with this company and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. So, if you're thinking of trying Firstleaf, just watch out. They might just end up taking your money and leaving you hanging.
Fancy Wine Subscription from Firstleaf: Disappointment and Delivery Goof-Up!
I done did order my fancy wine subscription from Firstleaf on the 30th of March, but as of now on the 3rd of April, I still ain't got my dang first box. I knew right smart that I had to be here to sign for it, so I planned it so I could. But nary a knock at my door all day, and then I see on the tracking that they done goofed and ain't delivering it no more today. And wouldn't you know, I can't be here tomorrow when they try again.
I reckon I'm mighty disappointed in this whole situation, so I cancelled my subscription. But doggone it, those taxes and shipment fees better be refunded for them dropping the ball like this. Ain't nobody got time for this kind of tomfoolery.
A Decent Experience with Firstleaf Wine Club: Quick Shipping & Tasty Wines
So, I joined this here wine club called Firstleaf not too long ago, but ya know what, it just wasn't my cup of tea (or should I say glass of wine?). Life can be busy and all that jazz, and sometimes having a club membership just ain't in the cards. Anyways, I only made a couple of orders and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience overall.
One thing I really appreciated was how quick they were with shipping my orders out. I mean, who doesn't love speedy delivery, am I right? And most of the wines I tried were pretty tasty, although there were only two that I'd probably buy again. But hey, that's just a personal preference thing.
When I did decide to cancel my membership, they didn't give me any trouble or make it difficult. I just had to request it and they cancelled without any delay. So, yeah, I would say my time with Firstleaf was totally fine. Maybe not my cup of tea, but nothing to complain about either.
Exploring the World of Wine with Firstleaf: My Experience with Imported Wines
Review:
I stay in California and usually stick to California wine. But I decided to give Firstleaf a try 'coz the first subscription is cheap and includes some imported wine. I was skeptical about trying the imported ones at first, but BOY! Was I in for a treat!
The bottle that came from Spain blew my mind! The aroma, the taste... WOW! It was so different from my usual Cab and Merlot. It was a red blend, and I can't describe it in words how delicious it was. The same bottle with a similar profile that I later bought to share with family was a hit too! They loved it, and I felt like a wine connoisseur!
I'm so happy about my experience with Firstleaf. It introduced me to a range of wine that I would have never tried otherwise. I can say that they genuinely care about their customers, as they consider your wine preference and tailor their wine selection based on that. I'm definitely gonna order a case of that Spanish red blend.
I would highly recommend Firstleaf to anyone who is into wine or wants to try something new. Their customer service is top-notch, and the wine delivery process is efficient and quick. The subscription is a steal, and the wine quality is exceptional! Cheers!
Worst Wine Club Experience: Firstleaf's Customer Service is a Disaster
Firstleaf, more like worst leaf. This wine club is the pits and their customer service is even worse. I ordered a box of wine on November 29th and was given a delivery date of December 1st. But, as luck would have it, my wine never showed up and when I checked the FedEx tracking, not a peep of it.
I called Firstleaf on December 3rd to figure out where my wine was and was dumbfounded when the representative told me that it was delivered on December 1st. Do these guys have a time machine or something?! The rep couldn't give me any more information about where my shipment could be and didn't offer a solution other than cancelling my order and membership.
I mean, come on. That's just not how you treat customers. It's not good business either. I'm glad to have rid myself of this nightmare of a club. Good riddance!
Unhappy with Firstleaf's Trial Box: Unexpected Charge and Disappointment
I recently tried out Firstleaf's trial box and unfortunately, it wasn't something that I enjoyed. As a non-member, I was surprised to find that they still charged me $109.62 for the box even though it didn't meet my expectations. It was a terrible experience, and I just want my money back since I never intended to join their membership program. As someone who lives on a fixed income, it's frustrating when companies take advantage of people without their consent. Overall, I am feeling really upset about the situation and hope that I can get a refund soon.
Firstleaf Wine Review: Disappointing Customer Service and Delays in Delivery
I decided to give Firstleaf a chance by ordering their trial box. I was excited to try out some new wines, but unfortunately, I had to wait quite a while for my box to arrive. It took around 3 weeks, which was a bit longer than I expected.
After waiting patiently for all that time, I decided to call the company to see what was going on. That's when they told me that my order had been broken in transit. I wish someone had communicated that to me earlier, instead of leaving me in the dark.
When I spoke with the customer service representative, Eunice, she was very kind and apologetic. She agreed to give me a refund and even offered to replace my box for free, as a way to make up for the inconvenience.
I was happy with Eunice's solution and confirmed my address with her. But then I had an unfortunate encounter with another representative, Ella J. She refused to send me a new box at no cost and told me that I would have to wait for my next shipment instead.
What's worse, I wouldn't even be able to choose the wines I wanted and the cost would be double the introductory price I paid. This was very frustrating for me, especially after waiting for so long and already dealing with a broken order.
I showed Ella J screenshots of my conversation with Eunice and the resolution we came to, but she didn't want to listen. She ultimately refused to give me the wines I originally wanted and was still going to charge me for them, despite all the issues I faced.
I was very disappointed with Firstleaf's customer service in this situation. They let me down when things didn't go perfectly, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who wants a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Review: FirstLeaf Wine Club - Decent but a Bit Underwhelming
I joined the FirstLeaf club for a few months and I'd say the whole shebang was decent, but it didn't totally knock my socks off. They start you off with a cool intro special where you get to really flavor your online profile with all your wine preferences. Then, as the service grinds along, you're able to refine those tastes by ranking each wine you receive. It's pretty chill since they only hit you with six bottles a month.
For the most part, I was happy to rate each bottle they sent me, but then the fourth shipment came around and I felt a little let down. Despite trying to make it clear that I'm not a fan of Pinot Noir, one-third of the order still ended up being just that. (Yeesh, give me a break, I just don't like it!) Oh, and FYI - if you find a wine that you really dig, you can only get it in orders of 6 or 12 bottles. No mixing and matching, my friends.
Now, let's chat about the elephant in the room, which is how much it costs to get your wine shipped to ya. If you stick with the 6 bottles per month plan, you're gonna shell out almost $20 in shipping fees. They WILL give you free shipping if you double your order, but then you end up stuck with duplicate bottles of the same six picks. It's kinda like a grab bag, so you don't even know if you're gonna like what you're getting. Plus, as I said before, you can't swap out 6 of the random bottles for 6 bottles of one specific wine. It's a bummer.
Anywho, I ended up saying "see ya later" to FirstLeaf and moving onto a new club that sends me 12 bottles every 90 days - aka 4 bottles a month. AND they offer free shipping all day, every day. What's even better is they give me the freedom to pick and choose which wines I want in my order, creating a fun mix-and-match vibe.

Firstleaf Wine Review: Terrible Taste and No Returns Policy
s, even if the wine is terrible and tastes like dirt. This is a terrible way to do business and is really taking advantage of people who are just trying to enjoy a good glass of wine.
I first tried Firstleaf after seeing an advertisement on Facebook. I thought it would be a great way to try new wines, but I was unfortunately very disappointed. The wines I received were not at all what I was expecting. They tasted terrible and I couldn't even finish the bottle.
When I tried to return the wine, I was met with resistance from customer service. They told me that they do not accept returns and I was stuck with the terrible wine. This is not fair and it really put a bad taste in my mouth about Firstleaf.
Overall, I would not recommend Firstleaf to anyone looking for a good glass of wine. The selection is subpar and the customer service is terrible. Save your money and find a better company to buy wine from.
