This product lasted barely 25 minutes before it broke. It is made of cheap fiberglass which bends and breaks easily.
Fiskars has stated that the item they had shipped me (through Amazon) was not the one I for which I wished a refund.
It was pointed out in the course or several dozen e-mails to them that I had placed ONE order and received ONE product. If an incorrect model had been shipped, that was in internal problem between them and Amazon and their error should not become the problem of the Customer.
To be fair, they said that they would ship a replacement unit out... not the one I bought, nor the one I received, but another one.
It seems pointless as the replacement is the same cheap construction and Fiskars has refused to state that they would stand behind the replacement.
Desired outcome: Refund my money
