My experience has been positive from the first contact. My Retirement Counselor is very understanding and caring while advising on the best program for my situation. She and a Case Worker went to bat for me when we were never able to speak with just one person at the brokerage and no one we spoke to seemed to know what they were talking about so we were always given incorrect information which would have very negative results for my financial security. I now have an assigned agent at the brokerage and hopefully everything is happening as it should and everything will be finished within a reasonable number of business days.

We have been talking with John about fixed index annuities. He is very knowledgeable and took all of our information and found the best fit for our retirement needs. I rate Five Pathways Financial as a superior organization in giving financial advice. As a retiree, I was seeking advice on how to best channel monies earned in non-Roth IRAs and some monies being held in a low paying CD at a bank. Upon completing 3 Zoom conferences with Nate T, my goals were identified and implemented into programs that would considerably improve standings with my money from previously held positions. I am beyond pleased with this transition I am making as a 72-year-old widow. I can rest assured that my monies are in secure vehicles, per advice given by Nate T. In addition to being highly competent in his field of financial planning, Nate is a family man who holds high ideals in his personal family life. In 2019, my girlfriend attended a free seminar at the local Public Library with the sole objective of gaining more knowledge about financial planning and insurance. Following the seminar, she signed us up for a consultation with Nate who thoroughly analyzed all the documents we supplied him. Now, one may think that at this point the 'sell' would begin. Not true! Nate immediately informed me that I was entitled to a Social Security widower's benefit, that I wasn't collecting, and we embarked on several weeks of additional education. Actually, it was over the course of several months. Nate's knowledge about investments and the current trends and laws, both economically and politically, provided us with the tools to make informed decisions about our financial future. Additionally, Nate also enlisted the advice of a CPA to answer any tax questions and to share his perspective on the products we were considering. Eventually, we did purchase policies from Nate. We appreciate his attention, his knowledge, and his responsiveness since the 'sell' and would highly recommend his expertise.
