WARNING - THIEVES - LACK OF HONESTY - UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY - UNRELIABLE OWNER. Prior to listing with them, I came across several reviews that warned about their lack of honesty. Unfortunately, I ignored those reviews and proceeded to sign up and pay the initial $69 fee to list my property for sale by owner. However, what they conveniently failed to mention in the fine print was the additional "$350" fee that would be required at the closing, along with other undisclosed fees. Flat fee MLS Realty, along with its attorney owner, lacks transparency when it comes to their pricing structure. This company is undoubtedly the worst choice for listing your home. I strongly advise spending an extra $100 to go with a more trustworthy and dependable company.

In my opinion, this is completely outrageous and deceptive. Including the additional fees, this MLS listing service would cost an extra $1,000. They try to justify it by highlighting the amount you save in commissions, but there are many other MLS companies that only charge a flat fee as they advertise. It is important to carefully read the fine print and avoid this company unless you are willing to pay them extra money. Additionally, they offer to waive the fee if you use their title company, but I prefer to use my own title company and work with an MLS service that operates honestly and with integrity. This company claims to save me $38,000 in commissions, just like any other MLS listing company. However, unlike other MLS listing companies, they do not charge additional fees to the buyer and seller. By avoiding this company, you can keep a couple more thousand dollars in your pocket and prevent them from taking it.

The business engaged in defamation of character by falsely claiming that I was not an active notary. This behavior is a clear example of unfair insurance trade practices. It is unacceptable to make a statement about the legality of a notary without conducting proper research and verification.
- I decided to hire this company to list my home on MLS because I noticed that they had the ComplaintsBoard.com logo displayed on their home

However, I have encountered several issues with their service. Firstly, I have made multiple attempts to have the listing information prominently displayed, but initially, they included their title company information instead. I requested them to change it to include mine, but they claimed they were unable to do so. Then, they listed their own company as the contact information, and once again, I asked them to change it to include my information. However, they explained that they couldn't include my information because they were the ones who listed the property.
To my surprise, I recently found out that a full price cash offer was made to the agency, but I was never informed about it. I immediately notified them that the offer had not been forwarded to me, and I also expressed my concern that their actions were incorrect and potentially illegal. I asked them once again to include my contact information in the listing.
Unfortunately, I have been unable to locate my contact information in the property information on Zillow. However, I did manage to find it on Realtor.com, although it was in a remote location and not easily accessible.
