Flexible Benefit Service LLC (Flex) review: My health care coverage payments

I was denied my health insurance due to Flex losing paperwork or not responding for weeks on end to important emails about adequate health care coverage. I missed one payment because they have not responded to my calls or emails! When I finally got ahold of someone named “Jaun,” he told me to email the problems about the missing paperwork, and appeals people would allow an extended grace period, which would allow me to be covered. I wrote the email immediately and waited five days as he instructed. On the fifth day, I called, and there was no answer. I left a message. Then, on the sixth day, I got no callback. On the seventh day, I spoke to a woman named Judy, and she said, “Oh my, no one has submitted your email to our appeals board.” She said that should never have happened, but I will handle it. Six days later, she emailed me and said I was DENIED!
I wasted all this time on nothing! I don't have health coverage, so I must seek it elsewhere!
