Bridger Insurance Services Insurance claim

I was the insured I filed my claim back in May. I uploaded pics and all. Til this day I haven’t had my claim resolved. My car was a total loss. This has caused me to loose my job. I can’t do anything without a car that I paid for this isn’t fair to me or my family being I had insurance through you all an being treated like trash is unacceptable How could you treat someone in this manner. Put the shoes on your feet would you be ok with your insurance company ignoring your claim and not contacting you about your claim

Claimed loss: Yes entire car

Desired outcome: I need a rental car and money to replace my car

Bridger Insurance Services Existing Claim

To Whom it may concern,

I filed a claim on Monday September 25, 2023 against a driver you insured with an active policy. It has been extremely difficult to get a clear update and communication with the Bridger Team is essentially non existent. The police report, photos of the accident, and witnesses should be more than enough to process this claim and allow me to get back into a working vehicle; seeing as though your driver left mine completely disabled. From what I have read, this seems to be an ongoing complaint with your company and further lack of communication from your team will leave me no choice but take further legal action and to open an investigation into your policy practices, as there are not aligned with the TEXAS Insurance codes. Please reach out with an update immediately, as now it is November 6, 2023 with no resolution.

Claimed loss: Vehicle

Desired outcome: I need my claim to be processed and approved to start the next stage of getting a vehicle back. This is extremely disruptive to my life and my work.

Bridger Insurance Services Claim coverage

I filed a claim and have been ignored for weeks. No one is helping me. No one answers my phone calls or emails. Customer service and online app is horrible. My lienholder cannot get in contact with any of the numbers I provided. I have lost everything and no one will help. I've wasted thousands of dollars on this company and when I needed help no one can resolve anything.

Desired outcome: Please refund my payments.

Bridger Insurance Services unresolved claim

If you do not have injuries in a car accident in Texas, a police report is not essential for the claims process. A car accident claim without a police report in the state of Texas is not required by law. I have consulted an attorney, I was not hurt, you have picture of my car, the damage was relatively minor, however my car was a 2020 when the accident happened it was only 1 year and half old want my car repaired, please ASAP. I follow the claim process you have on-line and I am so tired of this whole situation, please resolve this so we can both move on. Your insurant hit me from the back, I have picture of his vehicle as well as his dentification card and vehicle. I have every copy of that letter that has been sent to every month and would like to know what are you doing on your end to investigate the matter? I do not anymore long emails, I want a resolution.

To whom it may concern,

I was involved in an accident on 10/22/2022 with one of your insured Nasario Perez Garia, my adjuster is Jessica Nava-hidalgo. I filed my claim online, unloaded the pictures of my vehicle as requested and I have received this generic letter every month since he accident. I have contacted an attorney and before any legal action on part can be taken, I was told I had to send this letter to attempt to resolve this matter. Please look into this matter and help me resolve this issue. I was hit from the back; I was not hurt I just want my car fixed.

Desired outcome: please pay for my car repairs. I have never spoke to a live person. I get a generic letter every month about further investigation needed.

I filed a claim on 05/14/23 in fort Worth TX.As of today 09/07/23 I still haven't heard back. I've called them on several occasions and still nothing.Now I have to take different measures because I'm tired of the run around

I’m going through the same I had my accident in April my car was a total loss and I did everything they told me and I have the same adjuster I haven’t heard anything no new updates nothing.
