I like their meals a lot, and the customer service used to be great. However, i got orders to deploy to Afghanistan and called them to have my subscription paused until I returned which is under the Service members Civil Releif Act (SCRA). I checked my email today and I've been charged $200 for an order I did not authorize. I tried calling but all I get is a recording that says to submit a help ticket. I'm very frustrated because $200 is a lot of money, and I was told that this wouldn't happen. Order #

I have ordered with a few ready made healthy meal services and Flexpro has been the best so far. Taste, selection, short delivery time and price far outweigh the others. Lower fat and sodium content too, which is important to me. The representative from customer support personally followed up with me after my first delivery to make sure I received everything and if I had any questions or concerns. None of the other meal delivery services had this type of follow up. I'm really pleased overall and will continue to order!

Terrible customer service. I emailed about an order that never shipped, but I was still charged the full amount in addition to the second shipment. I tried to cancel my subscription, but was not given the option via the website and the phone number is a recording instructing me to create a ticket. I emailed the administration email address with no response regarding my missing shipment. I have yet to taste the food, but I do not have high hopes. Avoid this company at all costs. I will be disputing the costs/billing as I have not been contacted back by the company.

Holy heck! Watch out! I gave my email address and phone number on their website because I was interested. I get a text from "Jimmy" and after searching reviews online and seeing how many people have been treated poorly and scammed, told him I was no longer interested and let him know why. He called me "Karen" and said "congratulations for listening to the internet and being rude to a stranger". Looks like this "new management" jimmy brags about isn't improving customer service if they NAME CALL prospective customers for saying their hesitant because of bad reviews! DAYUM

As a 48-year-old male getting back into bodybuilding after 20 years, nutrition plays a huge role in my muscle-building process. I own a business and am always on the run so I need to have high-quality protein meals ready to go in my office. FlexPro meals not only fit my budget but they provide great food and amazing customer service. I can't say enough about their customer representative, she's there via text with any questions I have. It's like having my own personal food prep people. I was honestly skeptical at first because I have tried other companies and the food lacks flavor. This stuff is great.

FlexPro meals is amazing! I have a very busy schedule, not much time to balance everything with the addition of meal preps. This is extremely convenient and eliminates the work of balancing my nutrition. Plus the food is really, really good. Haven't had a bad experience at all. The customer service has been refreshing. I call, they answer, I text or email, they respond. Deliveries are on time, never late, always cold and ready for storage in to the freezer/fridge. Their customer support team has been a huge help, dealing with my account and made sure it was easy to cancel, reschedule or add to any orders I've made. 10/10 recommend FlexPro Meals.

I have tried a lot of meal plans but as someone who likes to try to eat healthy and stay fit I have struggled to find a plan that has a healthy balance of macro nutrients. I have found Flexpro Meals plans to be very well balanced. Secondly it is rare to find a meal plan where almost all the meals taste great. Most importantly the team members like John and Sarah constantly follow up to make sure the delivery went ok. They make sure I got exactly what I ordered I have not received this follow up with any other meal plans. I am in my fifth week and must say I am very impressed. I would highly recommend this meal plan service.

I was looking for a keto meal service and came upon Flex-pro meals and thought why not try it. I am a professional chef and yeah I could make food but why work when I am not working ya know!? So I gave it a try and the food is pretty decent. Just takes some time to find ones that you love. But the best part is their AMAZING customer service. Jimmy Dillman is my go to representative and he has always been more helpful and friendly than anyone I have delt with any company. I am so impressed with their business plan and just genuine care. It's for sure a business that everyone should strive to be like! Thank you for making my life easier and yummy!

I still have not received my order for this week and have been charged for next week's order. I want to cancel the subscription and am concerned of how difficult this will be seeing as the phone number listed says they're not talking calls/returning messages and the send message feature on the site to admin and the response says they're no longer replying to emails. They do not allow cancellations on there site on directing you to call the number that they have a pre-recording stating that they are not answering or returning calls. I got an email back from the admin address telling me to submit a ticket and have with no resolution/reply/confirmation.

Broken and contaminated trays. Warning - you may receive contaminated trays of food. This was experienced today, 9/17, when a tray was found to have foreign contaminates, resembling plastic wrappers, within the food. We have no reason to believe the remaining trays are not compromised and are now having to dispose of 15-20 trays of food. When calling to cancel our subscription we were met with an apology but never offered a refund for the contaminated food. Additionally, on multiple occasions other trays have been found to have been broken and spill out within our lunchboxes. Those incidents were filed with FlexPro and they credited back to the account.

I have struggled finding pre-made meals that have worked for me. My husband and I work long shifts at the hospital and its difficult to find the time to meal prep. I have tried many meal services and Flexpro Meals has had the best flavors and customer service by far. This business really understands the importance of communicating and touching base with their customers. They are extremely responsive via text in a timely manner and genuinely care. My meals have been accurate and packaged great. I am looking forward to trying all of the meals. I want to thank the entire team for all their help. Thanks you for your help, Flexpro Meals. This is exactly what I needed to get refocused on my food intake!

I have not tried the food yet, but am looking forward to my first delivery! Absolutely OBSESSED with FlexPro Meals! Delicious, consistent service, and convenient. By far the best meal prep service I've had! I have absolutely no time to meal prep between my work life balance. This is exactly what I needed! I love that we are contacted to ensure the quality and delivery of our meals was superb. I've worked for customer service and customer focus really deepens brand loyalty. Also, feedback is essential in order to help a business grow. I really want to rate FlexPro 5 stars but I have some constructive feedback that I believe would help with expansion. I don't really like being out of control when it comes to ordering my meals. Granted, you pick when you want your meals delivered and can change the date of delivery but I don't like the idea of not being able to cancel. I have to call. That's not empowering as a customer. I should be able to decide that. Automatic delivery, in my opinion, should be an option not a must. I don't want to have to worry to change my delivery date if I need to. Also, I work as a fitness coach and do lots of networking events! It would be really nice to have some sort of referral program to help build the brand even faster! Get the word out. Flash sales would be pretty awesome too. Other than that, thank you for these amazing meals! I started to bulk these last 3 weeks and already gained 3-4 lbs by increasing my nutrition intake. Also, thank you FlexPro for checking in on my service. It means a great deal to acknowledge clients and introduce yourself. Makes the interaction more personal.

In preparation for baby, I wanted to try out different meal delivery services that will work with my macros and alleviate a ton of cooking. I started with FlexPro beginning of September. This company requires you to pick a plan and you can choose number of meals and frequency of delivery. Got my first order, meals were just OK, nothing great. But they had the macros listed for each which made it easy to track. They also offered snack options...I love me some snacks! I attempted to cancel my subscription so I could try another company, with better quality meals. I spent hours on the phone trying to get someone to cancel, but anyone I talked to said it wasn't their department. They would transfer me to a line no one would answer, and leaving a VM didn't work, no one returned my calls...ever. I skipped my next shipment instead, but was still billed and meals delivered. I had to file a claim 27 Sept, which still hasn't been resolved. I made multiple attempts to cancel my membership and had to google how to do it because their website doesn't allow it. I've made 5 requests to cancel and no one has contacted me and my account is still active. They just billed my account again, and now I can't get anyone to respond to emails or phone calls all together. I'm now out $310. I had to file a fraud claim with my bank, which USAA was AMAZING about it and put a stop payment for any future requests from them, and refunded me the money. This experience turned me off to any future meal delivery service (minus Daily Harvest- I had a great experience with them a couple of years ago). I wanted to share my experience with flexpro in case anyone else considers using them.
