Subscribed to several of the leading apps in this category over the winter holiday travel season. I didn't want this one to be the best, as I was a long-standing user of a competitor. This app had the most up to date and accurate info. If you get only one (and you only need one) get this one.

At least twice now, Flighty has alerted me to a flight delay/cancellation/disruption before even the airline itself has. These early alerts gave me a head start on identifying and changing to alternate flights. Flighty has helped head off many flight disruption headaches before they happen!

This app has a lot of information about the air portion of the journey, and it’s notifications system is really helpful.

What it seems to lack is information regarding the on-the-ground / in-airport experience. So it might be best for some users if paired with another app to supplement that.

I mostly love this app but it drives me crazy that I start getting gate change alerts more than 24 hours before my flight. I don’t need to know that my flight in two days is changing gates. I would love to have an option to silence those alerts until the day of or a few hours before the flight.

Through a really tough flying nightmare (multiple delayed flights, a cancelled flight, and two kids in LGA for 10+ hours), Flighty gave me the information the airline wouldn’t. It helped me to feel some sense of control in a situation I couldn’t influence. I will never fly without Flighty again.

My travel folder is filled with tons of flight tracking apps, but this one reigns supreme!

About the only missing feature is to disable push notifications specifically for Friend’s Flights, but I’d rather use this app to search for a flight than even a simple Google search!

- Super easy to share with family and friends with their share+web functionality
- Forwarding email confirmation auto-adds the flights which is helpful

I fly 4-10 times per month between business and personal travel. I highly recommend this app, definitely worth the purchase if you fly frequently. I get updates about my flight status before the airline pushes out updates, which is invaluable. I love the interface and the stats are fun to look at.

Flighty has saved me countless times. With timely flight updates, faster delay notifications than TripIt Pro or the airlines’ own apps, and a friendly and discoverable interface, it’s become my go-to tool from the days before my trip until wheels down on my return. I’d give it six stars if I could.

I highly recommend the Flighty App. Used it for the first time last week. We had spot on info the day before our fight, we had some gate changes and short delays , all of which Flighty notified us of in advance! We fly a lot and have used other apps in the past. None functioned as well as Flighty!

Love this app, couldn't live without it. Love the new Family Sharing feature so me and my fiancee can keep track of each others flights. I'd love to see more improvements to the "Friends" flights feature where I can give flights names. Like "Dave's flight" etc. Thanks for a great app, worth every penny.

I love this app. I va e never left any review on any app, let alone a 5 star but my dad travels a lot and as someone who wants to be a pilot when they grow up, the subscription is just amazing. Thank you to the whole team at flightly. It literally feels like the app is made by Apple. That is a high bar.

flighty has a great ui and is pretty useful - what isn't useful is the full-page upgrade popup that takes you completely out of the experience that you see every 2 seconds, or each time you open the app. Clearly the strategy here is annoy you until you pay, not have you pay because you want the features.

I love this app for tracking all my travels both past and upcoming. The interface is well designed and beautiful. The devs are super responsive to feedback and mentioned they would directly update me if the feature I requested got implemented (gate number on the main screen of the app). Super satisfied!

No other app combines the beautiful UI and advanced features of Flighty. I have tried them all. It’s so good, that I kept my subscription for the past two years, despite having traveled only a handful of times, unlike pre-pandemic. I just didn’t want to see them go under because this app deserves support.

Used to be a great and informative app, now many of its key features are breaking. I’m stuck in Charlotte and my “where’s my plane” shows 5 different locations and 3 different days. I don’t care about tomorrows location, I want to know where the plane is before the flight I’m supposed to be on. Frustrating.

This is a “must-have” app for anyone who’s a frequent air traveler! Tracks everything you would possibly need to know about upcoming (and underway) flights!

Only items that could improve this app: add an Apple Watch app, and provide some minimal support to non-iOS ‘friends’ (for tracking your trip status)

This is absolutely my favorite app on my phone. The multitude, accuracy, and speed at which information is given is incredible. Most impressive I have ever seen. And my favorite part is that it keeps all your flights stored and offers incredible statistics. Thank you for a great app for airline crew members!

Flighty is incredible! Real time alerts post in Flighty before the airline apps which lets you know about changes in your travel. Seeing the inbound plane information provides great insights on your chance of taking off in time and live activities lets you view everything without needing to unlock your phone.

Great app but just needs one feature: to be able to organize or tag added flights into separate trips. Then I can just view the relevant flights for a particular trip rather than see them all at once on the map. Otherwise I have to just refrain from adding any future flight until after the last one on a trip.
