Florida Child Support review: Child support payment

Greetings
I been trying to get my child support payment for about six months. My son's dad was ordered to pay child support from the judge. However, St Lucie child support office will not help me to receive any payments. I emailed them about 5 times. They sent a letter saying that the first three checks have to be sent to me by mail. And after that I can get direct deposit. I thought this was totally insane. Then they said they sent me a check on Dec 24, 2021, which I never received the check. It's Jan 15, 2022. I went to the website to sign up for child but, it's says I am not in the system. I don't know why I am getting the run around, but I need my payments to start coming in. My son and I have limited resources and his dad do not care if he eats or have a roof over his head. We having been struggling and trying to live. We had to leave our home, because of break ins and threats.
