Florida Child Support review: Child support services

I was a domestic violence victim my ex is a horrible human I use the word human very lightly here. He brain washed our son so he moved out under unfavorable circumstances at 17. This guy never paid he only paid support when it was firing and the state of florida allowed it over a thousand times not once have I received a tax refund from him! Now I get a letter today for a court date that was held June 7th! I of course no show because I was never notified! The letter clearly states an email with zoom code would be sent I never received this either! I am so angry I can spit fire! Someone will answer for this! There is nothing online to file a complaint absolutely NOTHING!
