Do not I repeat! Do not trust this company. They will withhold enough information to get you to pay for another month.
I called and canx service on [protected], customer service rep says ok done. Get a bill for Jun and July, I do not understand why July is on there I canx service.
I call again and was told oh no you have to have written notice to canx, the rep sends me email with everything i had to fill out. she told me to send it back to her and support services. I did this on July 14th.
Just got another bill for August, I call again, and the rep says oh you have to have a 30-day canx for it to take effect.
Then I ask why on Sept 1st do I still have service; her reply was oh you have pass due so we cannot cancel. THE ONLY REASON I AM PAST DUE is because they did NOT CANX SERVICE!
I am not paying this, and I will be going around to all the other new home buyers and telling them do not start this service it is a rip off. They think because it is already installed, they can get you like me.
Desired outcome: Cancel service and my bill is $0
