I placed an order at 8pm through Food Panda last night (Order ID: p6ab-sb1a )for the kids. At 930pm, the food is not yet delivered and the status is not updating at all. So I called the store (Kenny Rogers Taft) directly to check and confirmed by a staff named Roxanne that the food is ready and just waiting for the rider. At 10pm I decided to have it cancel since the kids are already sleeping. Since I dont have the access to cancel, I informed Roxanne to inform the rider in case he arrives since its super late already. The food was supposed to be for dinner but its almost midnight and the food has not arrived. Then a rider called with phone number +[protected], I told him that I am no longer taking the order and must be canceled. He agreed and understand the situation and told me that a dispatcher will call me for an explanation. Past 11pm an indian dispatcher called to verify and asked what happened. And so I explained. He acknowledged and hung up. So my understanding, everything is good until I noticed the status of the order is that the driver is on the way. To my surprise, the driver said he came but never called. Then marked it as delivered! Like what?! I checked the proof and looks like he just took a photo of someone else to claim the food has been delivered. The person in the photo is not me! I am staying in a hotel and the background of the photo is not where I am! This is really a bad service and they do not want to refund what I paid for!
