Calling USA1 TRANSPORT and getting my 5th wheel ready for a trip from Florida to North Dakota was so easy. Everyone at the office was so professional and nice. When Ron, the driver, arrived I had issues with my batteries. Because it was late in the evening, Ron waited until the next morning when I got new batteries. He got the batteries in and off he went. He was a real blessing. Im so glad I had him for a driver.

I had an excellent experience! USA 1 transportation quoted a very reasonable price with no hidden additional price. The drivers who transported the vehicle were responsive, prompt, and accommodating to my time frame. I will definitely use USA 1 transportation - thank you very much, I will certainly use USA 1 transport in the future.
I had a good experience. The representative Mary explained how the machine works and answered my questions. As the movement progressed it unfolded as explained. My automobile moved quite quickly no doubt because there are a whole lot of cars being sent out of my region.

I called around to get quotes from a few different companies, but their prices were all ridiculously high. When I called this company, their price was just what I was looking for. My boat was delivered early this morning. It was a very fast delivery. The trailer was backed into a very tight (difficult) spot. Everything was in perfect condition! The drivers were consummate professionals in every way!

Overall did an amazing job moving my 44' Mobile Suites 5th wheel trailer. It weighs approx 20,000 lbs. I've seen trucks over heat a couple times already trying to move it through the mountains so I was very careful choosing the right transporters. They promise me they would send their new heavy duty Dually truck out here and they did not let me down. Everything went great. The driver Shawn did a remarkable job and parked it exactly where we had envisioned it. My wife and I are very grateful Thank you, Joe & Sarah

This is my 2nd time coping with David over at USA 1 Transportation and he's the best. I was fortunate enough to buy a gorgeous H2 Ninja from California and was worried about having it sent from up to now. Not only did he make sure that the bike was sent within an Enclosed top of the line trailer. He also always kept me up to speed as my bike was making it's way to me. When it came the driver was extremely careful and very professional. Thank you so much guys for making the entire transaction a smooth one. The finest in the business.

I can't thank everyone at USA1TRANSPORT enough for their kindness and professionalism. When my dad was killed in an accident I had to quickly find a company to transport his Harley from Sacramento to Arizona and from the first phone call everyone understood my urgency. They walked me through everything and answered all of my questions no matter how minor they seemed! Everything was done in a timely fashion and they made the transportation as stress free as possible. I will definitely use them again for any future needs! Thank you again for everything!
USA 1 Transport did a great work for me
USA 1 Transport did a great work for me. I purchased an 8000lb boat on an older 2500lb trailer. When loaded the boat and trailer were 13' high and clearly out of my league. Kyle was my driver and he was excellent. He helped me get the boat secured down correctly, confirmed load balance, even fixed one of my lights before testing the hydraulic trailer breaks. He even got it backed into a tight spot at the destination. Kyles' expertise and professionalism made the process easy. USA 1 went above and beyond the call in my particular case and I would highly recommend them.

I was really nervous About shipping my car, but I'm so glad I went with USA 1 transportation. After requesting a quotation, I immediately got a call from one of the client service representatives who were very useful and informative. He even let me pick a delivery window that would be cheaper. USA 1 transportation was able to quickly find a builder to do the transport, and I was delighted with the service from them as well. It cost $1150 to ship my car from FL to San Jose in late May and it took about a week from the pickup date. The car came just when I needed it and with no harm.

The last time was an emergency where I only gave them one day notice to send a car from FL to CA in the center of the pandemic and they could perform. The car was picked up from my co-worker in FL and delivered to me a week later with no matter. The price you got in the quotation, is what you pay. We didn't go for the cheapest company out there for moving our car, and every dollar paid was worth the professional service, great customer support, and peace of mind that our car is in great hands! Highly recommend USA 1 transportation!

Very professional, very polite with a quick response to all of my questions. The car was going from Wilmington NC to Royal Oak MI to my teenage daughter. The driver couldn't be nicer, very beneficial. It was a bit pricey, but after dealing with rude service for a lower price, I happily paid it for expedited and most importantly professional service. I highly recommend their services.

I just shipped a new Car from Florida to California with USA 1 transport. It was simple, they delivered as promised and I would certainly recommend them. They picked up my car from a dealer in Florida and 50 hours later, I was driving it home. Things went faster than anticipated which was a bonus. The truck driver had a smaller trailer with only 3 vehicles on it. My car had a dead battery and he was very patient while we jump-started it to get it started. I ended up Approaching USA 1 transport after reading advice on Consumer Reports about what to look for and the trade-offs involved in car transport because this is the first time that I have needed the service.

I just relocated to Hobe Sound Florida from New Jersey to get a job and had to get here. I got a couple of quotes but David in USA 1 Transport Services made me feel the most comfortable. He explained the procedure to me and assured me that my ship would arrive safely and he never forced me for my small business. I took a chance and hired him and I am happy I did. He always answered my questions when I called and the price he gave me changed. The driver Robert was also very polite and he had my Boat to me within 3 days. My entire experience with this company was great and I'd certainly recommend them to anyone who asks me. Thank you David for your help and for taking great care of me.

They are a absolute joke
They are a absolute joke... we were having our RV delivered to us it's our summer home and they told us it would be 24-72 hours that someone would be picking it up that is what made us go with them and we gave them a $350 deposit to lock it in well one week later my RV still hasn't been picked up they let us know a driving will be picking it up on in the next few days but he's stopping along the way for a doctors appointment for the weekend? And my home with all my personal belonging would be sitting god knows where I wasn't having it ... asking to cancel because I see I was getting no where with this company they refuse to give me my deposit back and where very rude about it to me and my husband

Hired them to winterize and ship boat
Hired them to winterize and ship boat. Invoice 3314. Boat was tested and documented prior to pick up. Supposed to be pickup jan 11 to head to chicago. Evening of jan 24 boat showed up. It was supposed to arrive on the 13th. Then conveniently they removed 2 boxes of materials, fish finder, and manuals ect and forgot to put them back. I had to wait 2 more weeks for them to be shipped separate. After such a failed performance I set out to document uncovering of boat and marina inspection prior to season. Change oil and spark plugs. Port motor would not turn over. Once it did turn over it revieled engine block cracked all down right side. Videos were taken and a new motor ordered. If the motors were good in miami and usa1 was paid to winterize. How did motor freeze and crack block before boat was ever put in water? That's right. Another job they did not do correctly. After 2200 to ship and 350 to winterize I am not $4000 out of pocket to replace motor! These are ***! Beware

USA 1 Transport failed to transport my boat after 4 drivers were unable to transport. The company cancelled and said they would not refund my deposit of $1875.77. I think I am a victim of a boat brokerage sub-contracting ***. Invoice number is not allowed on ComplaintsBoard.com, but I have this number. ***, USA 1 owner states that I scared off all his drivers and insulted his employees. NOT TRUE. I have all messages recorded and all e-mails saved. Let's examine this :
DRIVER # 1. While he was hauling another vehicle, on the day he was to pick up my boat, a semi with improperly set brakes, ran into and damaged the trailer so that he could not get my boat. *** said he would get another driver.
DRIVER #2. This was the ONLY DRIVER THAT I TALKED TO ,and this driver called me requesting a 20% additional fee in advance. He said he would not haul my boat with the fee of $6000 that *** was paying him to haul a boat from the east coast to the west coast. When I told him that I had paid *** $1875.77, he said he could not transport my boat and was not going to work with *** / USA 1 Transport again. *** said that he would get another driver.
Driver #3. *** called stating that this driver had hit a deer and it was stuck in the wheel well of his truck and that the driver could not transport my boat. At this point, with all these mishaps, I decided I better request a copy of insurance, driver's names and licenses.
Driver #4 *** did not know this driver's last name. When I finally got this driver's last name, I investigated and found out that this driver was president of his own carrier company and that this carrier company had a rating of D with the ComplaintsBoard.com for a claim of $8000 for transporting a truck that had been totally damaged. Now, *** seemed to know this driver well and insisted that this claim had been settled and that this was a very good driver. I called the ComplaintsBoard.com and was told that this claim had NOT been settled since June 15. I sent an e-mail to USA 1 Transport/ *** expressing apprehension about using a driver with a D rating and an unsettled claim. The next day, *** sent an e-mail to me stating that this driver said he would not haul my boat for $10,000. Then *** said that HE NO LONGER WANTED TO DO BUSINESS WITH ME AND THAT HE WAS NOT REFUNDING MY DEPOSIT. He now says that I scared off all the drivers. Guess that is his way of rationalizing his FAILURE TO FULFILL THE CONTRACT for which I paid him $1875.77. I did not cancel ***/ USA 1 or any driver! DAVID CANCELLED ON THIS JOB!
While *** could not dispatch any drivers for three weeks, I sustained additional fees on my boat. To resolve this claim, I will need a refund of the deposit of $1875.77. If I have to use legal methods to resolve this, then all additional fees and expenses will be added to the above amount..

I hired USA 1 transport to move my boat 9 months ago, but the owner kept saying he had a mover. After 9 months, I'm still not moved. He sent one mover, but the trailer was too small for my boat. We started at $1695.00, and now we're at $3200.00 and still not moved. I've been trying for two weeks to get my money. He finally agreed to send part of my money after waiting for a check that he never sent. I contacted him again on 9/17, and he said they would send another check. I asked to overnight the check, but he didn't, so I'm still waiting on my money. I paid over $900.00 upfront, and his contract states he keeps $75.00. He's trying to keep over $400.00. I would never use this company again. Nothing but lies from the owner.

In May , I hired and paid USA1 Transport to move my 5th wheel. They hooked me up with EKB Trucking to do the job. When the 5th wheel got here, I had to pay EKB Trucking before they would unhook from the truck. So I paid them too. I talked to the owner of USA1, ***, on June 7. He said I would get a refund for paying twice. But when I didn't get it, I emailed Carlos, the manager, on June 18. He said the refund was "in process" and I should get it by June 25. On July 1, I emailed them again. But I didn't get a reply or a refund. So I called my credit card company to argue the charge. The argument is still going on. Then, on August 24, USA1 Transport charged my card again for the same amount! Now, there's another argument happening. I want the refund that USA1 Transport promised me. Since EKB Trucking messed up my 5th wheel and wrecked it, I think it's the least they could do!

Misaki Logistic Corp requested transportation services from USA1 Transport LLC on 05/18. We asked for the pick-up date to be on 05/24 and paid the full delivery amount in advance, which was $1995.00. A representative named H *** from the company assigned a driver who unfortunately wasn't available on the requested day. The driver himself confirmed this. We informed Mr. about the situation, and he promised to find another driver and get back to us within an hour. However, he never followed through on his promise.
Because of the lack of coordination mentioned above and Mr. silence, we started to suspect that we were being scammed. To be safe, we decided to cancel the contract and requested an immediate refund of our funds. Mr. responded to us in an angry and irritated manner, using aggressive language. The service was not scheduled as agreed upon, the assigned driver couldn't make the pick-up on the specified day, and the customer service was disrespectful. Despite our request, Mr. adamantly refused to return our money.

I had a really bad experience with USA 1 Transport. They were supposed to transport my RV from Alvarado Texas to my home in Sparks Nevada, but they never bothered to tell me that they had a driver scheduled for the job. Instead, the RV dealer took care of scheduling the transport for us. Can you believe that?
So, naturally, I asked for a refund of the $617.27 that I paid to USA 1 Transport. I mean, why should I pay for a service that I didn't even receive, right? According to the agreement, if a driver hasn't been dispatched, I should get a full refund. Seems fair to me.
But guess what? USA 1 Transport is refusing to give me my money back. They're saying that a driver was dispatched, but they haven't provided any proof of that. I don't know about you, but I think it's pretty fishy.
The transaction took place on June 22, and they charged $517.27 to my credit card. And just to add insult to injury, they charged another $100.00 on June 28. Can you believe the nerve?
I'm really disappointed with USA 1 Transport. They didn't communicate with me properly, they didn't provide the service they were supposed to, and now they're refusing to give me a refund. It's just not right. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone.

On June 9, 2022, we ordered transport service from USA1 Transport LLC to move our 5th wheel travel trailer. We paid the deposit fee and got an email with our order number. We were supposed to be contacted by a driver, but unfortunately, we didn't receive any call or driver on the scheduled move date, which was June 12, 2022. The next day, I reached out to them and they admitted that they hadn't sent out our order or contacted a driver at all. I asked for a full credit to be issued back to my credit card for all the charges. However, they refused and insisted on issuing a check instead. I told them that this was unacceptable and requested them to credit back my card. They put the owner on the phone, and luckily, he approved my request. I made it clear that I wanted an email confirming the agreement to refund my deposit for the services I didn't receive. I informed them that they had until the end of the day to send me the email. This phone call took place on June 13, 2022, and I made sure to mention that it was recorded. Today is June 15th, and all my emails are being ignored and unanswered. I haven't received any confirmation that my money is being refunded. This feels like theft of services!

I hired USA1 Transport on 3/3/2022 to move my 5th wheel RV from one location to another. The transaction was through an agent. The driver initially assigned was no longer available. They quoted me a cost of $2,095.00, with $545 paid upfront. The American Express charge was $569.52 on 3/3/22. I have the contract, receipt, and Express charge available. The remaining $1,550 was to be paid by cashier's check upon delivery. The pick-up date was 4/27/22, and the delivery date was 4/29/22. I called the agent about 12 days before the move to confirm the amount due. He confirmed the amount but asked me to call another contact for the name on the check. The contact said it was Universal Transport. He said he would call me two days prior to arrange pick-up and delivery times. However, I did not receive a call on 4/25/22. I tried calling the agent but got a box full message. I then called the contact on 4/25/22, and the box was reported full, but the contact called me back immediately. I gave the contact my name and explained that I couldn't reach the agent. The contact replied, "Hold on a second," and hung up. No one ever called me, and no one came to pick up my RV. My RV is my home. I searched for Universal Transport online and found out that they have permanently closed their business. I called USA1 and asked for the broker/owner. A man claiming to be the owner returned my call. I asked him to return my deposit, but he refused and said he would try to make arrangements. That was the last contact I had with USA1. I then scheduled a move on 5/16/22 with One Call Transport. I had to pay Road Runner $597.33 for the extra time I had to stay here. Additionally, I paid $600 for the month in rent. I will only use about half of it and lose about $300. I would like to get the payment I made to USA1 returned, and if possible, I would like the $897.33 for the additional costs to be paid.

Very professional, very polite with a quick response to all of my questions. The car was going from Wilmington NC to Royal Oak MI to my teenage daughter. The driver couldn't be nicer, very beneficial. It was a bit pricey, but after dealing with rude service for a lower price, I happily paid it for expedited and most importantly professional service. I highly recommend their services.
