Continuous wrong orders, since calling them directly, the cost of my daily coffee has gone up by $3 with no reason. Customer service is horrible and can never solve the problem. There is always a language barrier. And finding the phone number I had to Google there’s no way to contact them otherwise. As convenient as this is to have your orders delivered, it is such a waste of money that the drivers don’t even see. my food has always been cold and in someway wrong. I refuse to use this service anymore. DoorDash is no better. I had a driver knock over my fence and DoorDash didn’t do nothing about it. We as human beings have to stop being lazy get up and go buy your own stuff instead of wanting everything hand-delivered and just given for free. Note to self. Postmates, I’m sorry Uber is such a scam. I also drove for Uber, and never in my life will again. They stole so much money from all of us. Horrible company.
Claimed loss: I have lost so much money using the service. But it is my fault for being so lazy.
Desired outcome: I don’t expect an outcome for myself. I will just not be so lazy. The company needs to pay attention to reviews and complaints and change.
Stolen food not refunded
Postmates allows drivers who can’t fully understand English drive for them in America. I believe the driver deliberately didn’t try to find my location and would do the complete opposite of my instructions. He would text me in Spainsh and even asked if I knew it. He knows what he’s doing and he’s playing Postmates plus the customers. His name is Holt. Drives a Toyota Camry. 921446W. I was initially refunded the cost of the food but was unable to remove my tip. So that thief got paid for stealing my food. And now they have me bouncing from one person to the next and I have still not gotten my money back and I’m on 24hr hold while that thief is out in the streets looking for his next victim.
Desired outcome: I want my money. That’s all. No more no less. I want every single cent returned to me.

Actually, scratch that. They never sent my money back for my stolen food. Postmates a thieving [censored] company that employs theiving [censored] drivers. Use at your own risk. But this is all I need. I only need to get burned once. I’ll be getting my own food from now on.
Pricing
(1) Didn't get the pasta with my dishes. Told to deal with restaurant. Offered $10, I escalated and got a text back that said $5 is all they can now offer - why because I complained?
(2) Pricing was $12.99 for the entrees. Get total and adjusted for $8.56 because the "prices went up" and it's the responsibility of the restaurant. So basically, can't believe any pricing on the website because it could be wrong and you end up paying $42 for 2 dinners totaling $25.98. Is this legal? That's nearly double the price of the entrees when you include the fees they bill. Let's not forget to add the tip to $42.
(3) Asked to cancel membership since it was the first day of it. Continue to ignore request and doesn't confirm full amount will be refunded.
(4) Ask for a Manager, told a Supervisor will get back to me. I can only get texts from them. They refuse to call me or tell me how to get to the corporate office.
Desired outcome: (1) Refund the overcharge(2) Cancel membership with full refund(3) Have the decency to call me and let me know that, as a Customer, I am important!

We ordered food for our office and the driver arrived late and when I met him at his car he only had 2 salads. We ordered over $100 worth of food. He called someone to let them know and they said they would refund. I received an email confirming that the wrong order was sent. I responded to the email, placed a call spoke to a representative and a supervisor and they both said there was nothing that could be done. I never got my order, i have security cameras and it looks like driver delivered to wrong address. I was charged $19.48 for my order i didnt get!
My order isn't showing up on postmates.com but I was charged. Upon checking my security cameras , No postmates order was delivered to my address that morning, but i can see the house across the street got something delivered. So i paid for an order that someone else got! This is very unacceptable.

Driver never delivered my food
I placed an order with Liz tonight 9/12/22 @ 8pm. She marked the item as delivered and when I went to the front door, nothing was there. I just had surgery so I'm not as fast moving around. I was told that the delivery person attempted to deliver it but no answer. On Wednesday, August 3 at approximately 12:55PM I ordered my lunch via Postmates, to pick up. I got a text message along with an email stating that my food would be ready at approximately 1:12PM. I arrived to the restaurant, Nellie's Restaurant, 2458 W Division St, Chicago, IL, 60622 at around 1:17PM to pick up my order. The lady told me it would be another 15 minutes for my order to be done. I had left the restaurant, returned to my car to wait. I went back into the restaurant approximately 2:00PM. I asked the worker for my order again, and she said it would be another 10-15 minutes. I received my order at 2:15PM. I waited an hour for my food to be ready and when I sat down to eat it, the food was incorrect and very cold.

Failure to deliver my food and refused a refund
I ordered food from post mate on August 5, 2022 and was told my deliver would at the latest be 4;45, and about 5 pm I called trying to get information on it and could not find a phone number. Spoke with someone at uber who finally got me in touch with someone and they advised they could not deliver or refund my money because the delivery person had tried to contact me and come by with no response. I advised them no one had tried to call me and I have a video ring that clearly showed no one had tried to come by, they tried to call him and agent advised the first time she called she got hung up on and then the phone would only go to voice mail so she was not able to reach him. I'm truly upset due to i did everything I was supposed to do and I am out $38 for no service. I will continue to pursue this issue until I get a resolution.

I placed an order thru Postmates and immediately cancelled the order, but was still charged full price of the order. I tried to get some type of relief but as a customer I received absolutely no regress. I will never use their services again. Thank you for Grubhub! I was charged full price with tax for no received service. I just want this rule in place to be known by all customers who use this service.

I placed an order on postmates for churches chicken in frayser last night. When He dropped my 40.56 order off, it only had one of two orders of jalapeno poppers, we requested sweet tea with both orders & we got 1 sweet tea & 1 lemonade and neither order had ant biscuits and there should have been at least 3 if not 4. This order was not worth the price I paid for it. I will never do it again.

They do fake refunds.
If you think they refunded you, think twice and go carefully check your bank account. They elaborate this fake refunded money invoice and makes you think you were refunded BUT it's FRAUD. They did that twice to me, found out I never received the first refund when I found out recently that they didn't refund my second refund. The first time they were having technical issues and 2 orders were placed. Second time, I got the wrong order. A company that lie costumers that way isn't good. I think of Postmates as a fraud company. Oh, and the agents on the chat abruptly END the chat so there's nothing you can claim.. Careful.

I was in SeaTac-Seattle Washington staying at the redroof inn on Monday May 23 rd and ordered Jersey Mike's subs I was charged and never received my food. Talking to the hotel staff at the front desk no one had attempted to deliver. The shop said our order had been picked up when we check with them.

I placed an order through Postmates from https://postmates.com/store/chiddys-cheesesteaks in Commack NY, and specified that the delivery agent txt me when he got here so I could come out to meet him. Per the email that I got from you guys, “Edwin Delivered it”, doesn’t state to who, he didn’t txt me, and he delivered my order on a bicycle.
Not sure how you justify this as customer service, but I paid you guys 30.06 on 5/17 today.
I need this refunded and at least in the interest of partnership a phone call explaining what heppened here.
