failure to deliver
I placed in order through the app and watched as the order was picked up and then signaled as delivered. I never received the order and when I contact customer support they notified me that they would still be charging me as they set up automated notifications of deliveries and when they will be arriving.
Unfortunately, I never received these notifications. Not even one.

The driver who had to deliver my food acted in a very strange way.
I got a confirmation that my order was accepted and transferred to the driver, but he spent some time doing nothing (that's what I saw on the map). However, he never delivered the food, even though he was near my house. I never got any call from him or from customer service.
I decided to contact them and they blamed me for not taking the order because they have a different information from the driver. He said to them that he waited for me for several minutes and left with nothing.
Ok, does he know about mobile phone existence?
Now I'm having a hard time trying to get my refund and proving them I was at home and never received any notification about my order.
Total scam. Be careful dealing with them.

I was in the Wawa at 1900 Market Street in Philadelphia PA and I couldn't believe the conduct and that store a young man was using profanity standing around grabbing his Crouch a young woman was using profanity this happened about five or six times I was in the store and it's just unbelievable that the manager didn't say anything or do anything I'm just pissed off at this I had to grab my daughter's ears when time and run out the store with her I've never experienced this before and I Wawa something seriously needs to be done about their conduct and harassment of the customers there I had several people run behind me and get out of the store as quickly as they could a lot of loud talking and screaming obscenities being used and it's just horrible

I have dealt with Postmates growing pain for over a year, from time to time I have had issues. Every time it's been due to them cancelling my order after I placed it and waited for 30-40 min.
Which I have excused as growing pains, the issue which I will not give slack for is common sense, I ordered pizza and placed it exactly as it was listed on Postmates, when it arrived the driver showed me the receipt and it was a plain cheese. I called the restaurant and they assured me that they made the order as Postmates had sent in which is a plain pizza, I looked on my order I ordered and paid for a full toppings, when I brought it to their attention they said after over two hours I ordered plain pizza for $30 dollars I sent them the Postmates invoices which clear shows I paid and order a full pizza.
I have never had such lack understanding and taking care of clients issues. They are a rip off and are only interested in volume not quality. Companies that don't adopt to the bare bone customer service will not survive. As history had shown, survival of the fittest and best in customer resolution.

I have ordered some food from a local restaurant via Postmates service. I made an order and they took my money. Later I received a message stating my order was ready and will be here any time soon. About 30 minutes later I received another message from their driver saying that he was already on his way with my order.
Two hours later I called the driver but he did not pick up, then I sent him a message and nothing. I did not receive anything. Terrible service, will not use them again!
Quit lying about prices and turnaround time you guys suck balls
Tried to contact customer support and got a nothing answer. Can't believe these companies are allowed to operate.
We ordered Italian, the food was placed into the bag with the bag laying down. The driver handed me the bag straight up at my door and all the sauces from our dishes leaked out into the bag, onto our floor and kitchen counter.
I ordered from subway some wraps but received subs . Need refund . I was unable to eat what was delivered, so upset out of $25 for someone else’s order… don’t use Postmates
I did not order the juniors order and I had 52 dollars taken out of my account for juniors that I did not order. I think my account was hacked or used without my permission.
I made an order and never received it. It was taken to an address I never wrote. Order not showing up on previous orders. I have the confirmation email that I paid for it. None of the postmates actions to report order not received are working.
I type in my phone number correctly. But then Postmates changes the number completely to send the verification code to the wrong number. This happens every time. I have tried the website too, also re-installing the App won't help.
Worst experience I ever had with a service. Driver pick and choose then drop your order to find one that pays out better. terrible left me hanging on an order for over an house and 3 postmates were woking on my order. I will never use this service again and word of mouth will get around about this. Never again. NEVER.
