Postmates My chipotle and mcdonald's food was not delivered to me.

2 ordered on 09/12/21 that l didn't receive..1st order from Chipotle, driver delivered my food at wingstop, l talked to the driver and gave him my correct address. And No Food
2and order from McDonald's and the driver delivered my 2 apt down from me, l saw her vehicle and seen her get back in her vehicle and drove Pass me..l called and and she was Very Rude and Hung Up the Phone on Me..

Postmates Order accuracy and food quality/condition

My order was not correct. What I ordered snd paid for i did not receive. Upon receipt of delivery food was luke warm half open and spilled all over itself and the inside of the bag. There is no recourse on the app to even communicate good, bad or otherwise with postmates but they make it extremely easy to give them money and use their delivery service and thats where it stops.

Desired outcome: Full refund and a change in their business practices to make them available to the customers they take money from.

Postmates Help with this negative customer service

I am tired of explaining myself this is my last option I need a reply from a real human being not a computer [censored] I don't know what the hell is wrong with you all l am up to here. The reality is you all are a disappointment always something is wrong tell me how an account gets two different charges and one says 24.82 one 32.47 I am tired of being screwed by you all the time one after another. I got a supposed 40% coupon that applied to that order now you all are charging me the discount. I have no discount expired this one expires two days from now but I been charged for it already. I am not going to pay the difference you all know you all are part of Uber and yes, the service should be 4 times better yet is disappointing. It is not what it should meant I speak to supposes supervisors they say the same thing. I do not know what to they are scammers yesterday I got scammed 21 and change but l got no order I am just tired I got a girl named Jessica my name is Jesus I am just tired of all this three days Ago I waited like a [censored] for 1 hours and nothing my order was canceled it is just too much. They are charging me 9.47 for a coupon I had no control it was automatically on the account so why are you all charging me I am tired of arguing and getting upset at this point sometimes I feel like hanging my self during these conversations because it seems like I an typing with a computer conversation instead of. a human.

Desired outcome: To get contact my refund from yesterday and the charge 9.47 waived. From today because that is what my original receipt says on the pdf version

Postmates Wanted me to wait 4.5 hours for delivery

Postmates wanted me to wait 4 1/2 hours for my food. Then, when I asked for a full refund they told me I would still be charged a $12 fee. This is absolutely ridiculous that they allowed me to place an order when there was not a driver in my area. This needs to be corrected. The Better Business Bureau needs to know about this!

Why are they allowing customers to place orders and pay for them when there is not a delivery driver in the customers area!?

Why are they not allowing customers to receive full refunds when it is an obvious mistake on their end!?

Postmates Pickup/delivery

I accidentally picked "pick-up" on my order, contacted them within 5 minutes requesting to switch to delivery. It was a 72 dollar order. I am paralyzed with no one over 16 on my home; therefore, had no means to pick-up the order. Yes, I picked "pick-up", but contacted them immediately. They are a good delivery & a ride/transportation company. How is it they "could not delivery my order"? And, I've no means for a refund. I've spent over $1, 800 with Postmates/Uber eats in the past 6 months alone. And, that was during the pandemic while working from home. I used to order at least $200 - $500 a week for my work team & clients while in the office. But, I can't get a delivery service to deliver my food under difficult situations? I'm robbed of &72 and we go hungry. Door dash here I come.

Postmates Never received my order

I made an order at Anna Laurels Kitchen in Riverdale Ga never received anything Postmates email me that they were going to give me a twenty dollar credit but charged my account forty five dollars. This occur yesterday evening 5/13/2021 in the evening. I had problems in the past but was always reimbursed so it really wasn't a problem. But now I was charged a full amount for an order I never received. So I hope Postmates will do the right thing and give me my money back.

Postmates Driver support

I have not received my 1099 of 2020 from postmates and I only deliver for them for 3 months and make more than $600. However due to their very low pay of $1 per mile and horrible driver support I quite.

Since Feb, I'm struggling to even get my 1099 from these suckers and sent our dozen of emails! They do not have a phone number, they do not reply to any email only automated answer (attached screenshot) "if you don't get your 1099 go to your bank account and add them up", because I didn't even get the weekly report. Drivers are treated like slaves by these tech tyrants. I even contacted Uber who just bought them and they simply send me to the postmates app, which doesn't have a tax download, not even their site. Postmates is mayhem and an administrative anarchy.

It's bugging me that there's no oversight, no government regulatory agency that I can file a complaint and these [censored] can treat drivers as they are please. This website is the only way to at least publicly express my frustration for what it's worth.

Postmates Order was not received 04/23/2021

I placed an order through the postmates app on 04/23/21 from IHOP. I received the text that said my order was being processed, my order was on it's way, please be prepared to meet the driver with your order and the message asking me if I wanted to give a tip.
I followed the driver on the GPS and when he was around the corner I opened my front door and sat on my steps expecting him to arrive with in a couple minutes. He never came.
I immediately contacted Postmates "help", selected the the order had not arrived and that I could not get passed the tip section on the app.
My request was numbered #[protected]
I got a reply at 10:13am saying:
Thank you for contacting Postmates Account and Tech Support. To bypass tip screen, select a custom amount and enter $0. To assist with the missing order, I'm passing this to the appropriate team so they can take a look inton this and assist you. They'll contact you as soon as possible,

I have waited 5 days to be contacted and still have not heard from any one, but I got, Thank you for ordering from IHOP email.
Today 04/28/2021 - I sent another message in the app explaining that I have not heard from anyone in relation to the order that I did not receive on 04/23.
The reply I got today :
Hi Cheryl,
Thank you for reaching out about an issue you experienced with your recent order from IHOP. When issues are reported imediately following a delivery, it allows us to take the proper steps to resolve any problems.
After looking into your account, I see that this delivery was completed more than 5 days ago. Because of this, I am unable to issue a refund or credit for this order. From "Max"
I respond and with a copy of the comments from 4/23/21, and got an auto reply and it said :
Thanks for you reply, I understand your frustration, and know that we value your feedback.
After looking into this order again, we have unfortunately determined that we can take no further action regarding the issues you reported.

At this point I am going to inform everyone I know that use Postmates to stop because they are scamming folks out of their money, and it's to hard to get the money back.
Given it's $12.28, but I don't have money to throw away and was not trying to buy the driver breakfast or whomever he decided to give my food to.

Postmates Order marked as delivered and it was never received

I placed an order with postmates through whataburger on 4/18/21 the driver marked my food as delivered and the order was never dropped off I had to leave my house and go up to the fast food restaurant to retrieve my order, customer service was NOT helpful and disconnected the call while I was speaking they want me to contact the merchant and will not let me file a complaint on the driver . I would NEVER recommend ordering anything using postmates customer service was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

Postmates Charged $99 instead of $9.99

Postmates charged me $99 instead of $9.99. Normally this wouldn't be an issue if they could resolve it. However, it's been two weeks and I have reached out to contact them multiple times and I have gotten ZERO response. This is completely unacceptable.

Postmates Order charged for andi never recieved

Ordered 3/31/21

I ordered mcdonalds though postmates, I had worked all day and wanted to have an easy night. When I ordered, I noticed that my order was sent to a walmart mcdonalds that was across the street and wasn't open. I watched 3 different drives on the map try to pick up the order. I tried to contact them while they were there to see what was the problem, the third driver finally answered me through text and told me that the store was closed. He told me to cancel the order and I would be refunded. I did.
I reported it immediately and have yet to heard from them since. I've tried to contact them multiple times with no results. I believe they fraudulently charged me for a service that I never used and items I never received, I do know that thats against the law and illegal to charge someone for services that I didn't get to use because I have no control over where my order is sent to nor am I responsible for app glitches. I also know that you cannot charge the full amount for the order when I never received anything that id be responsible for paying for.
The absurd "help" link is no help at all, in fact it's just a run around way of information of how to resolve the issues yourself, I would assume they do this in hopes that more people would let it go because of the time you spend is ridiculous with no reasonable outcome. Your only allowed to report an issue of them same order once which is a scummy thing to do because they know most people will forget. But in my case I wasn't aware that the store they sent my order to was closed. I also didn't know they sent orders to stores inside of walmarts so I didn't think anything of it. I reached out to the drivers out of fear that they had the wrong address and worried that they would mark it delivered and leave. I had that problem before. Issues arise and things do change so forcing people into situations that they know problems will arise and not having anyone to help, not to mention they purposely ignore your complaint until the reporting time is up that is fraudulent. This is abuse of power and should be a crime against consumer rights if it isn't already. I cannot believe this is they way they handle business. I looked on the bbb and almost all of the complaints and issues reported are for refund and charges for services not used.

Desired outcome: I would like to be reimbursed for my time ive spent trying to contact Postmates, the time ive spent looking the contact info up, the time I had to spend reporting my issue and the original charge

Postmates Incorrect order

Ordered a noodle dish, asked for mild and no bell pepper; I'm allergic to bell peppers. The order came in and there are bell peppers in it. I tasted a small piece of noodle, just to check, and it was extra spicy. Contacted postmates, through the app, and was offered a $1.17 refund on a dish that cost over $12. Not impressed. Recently, I wanted to get something and I've gotten a notice that there's no one available to deliver. I live in San Diego, no one available? Something is wrong here. Refund of $1 for a $12 item and no one available to deliver; not a worthy company. And, no replies to emails.

Desired outcome: Refund the $12 for the food I couldn't eat.

Postmates Food delivered cold and was late

I live in Woodbridge, VA. My food was delivered from a Postmates driver at 7:31 when my order should have arrived at 7:16. My food was cold and everything smelled like weed. The driver that delivered my food was Mahmoud. I want someone to contact me back regarding this situation now. This is ridiculous. We spent almost $50 for this food and the service was disgusting!

Postmates over charging on commision

they been charging me 25% commission and I am based in NYC. Nobody from accounts picks up the phone. scam been waiting on the phone at least 90 minutes per day for pat 2 weeks.

Postmates 99 Ranch grocery delivery order #[protected]

I placed an order for groceries with 99 Ranch Market in Newark, CA and they use Postmates for delivery. Part of my grocery order (one bag full) was delivered to someone else. 99 Ranch puts a label on each bag with the customer name and number, so the woman who received my order called me to ask if the Postmates delivery person (Jimmy) had arrived yet, because she had my groceries, but he did not leave all of her order at her house. I went outside to meet him when he arrived and told him about his error, so he said he still had her groceries in his car, and I thought he would fix the problem by returning to her house to retrieve my bag and give her hers, but he didn't do either. He just left and neither of us got the groceries we paid for. I tried calling Postmates Customer Service but they said they can't help me because I ordered directly from the store. Bad service by Postmates. I have contacted the store and hope they will refund me. By the way, I am 73 and disabled and I take care of a frail 87 year old husband (with no other family to help) so we try to stay in quarantine and need to rely on delivery services for survival, but I will not trust Postmates in the future.

Postmates Deliver from dave’s chicken last night

Last night around 10:30 we ordered some chicken sandwiches..we waited and followed the drivers gps location until 12:30'!
When it finally said he was literally 1 minute away.. He cancelled our delivery « personal emergency... The drivers name was darnelle... I live at 2686 north beverly glen...
Not going to lie but as soon as we saw his profile picture we knew we wouldn't get our delivery. And sure enough we didn't. And then everything was closed. Really sucked

Ordered from their website food from their restaurants.

They charged 12.oo for non postmate restaurants. I cancelled and they charged me 71.00 fir no food.

Postmates Fleet

I had a fleet account and"violated terms and conditions". A through investigation was not done and that's unfair. So I created another profile and switched the ssn# around and it worked so I am working for them again.
This is how they ruin your career and your livelyhood and defame your character in the terms and conditions what I did was considered fraudulent true fact but I look at it as God giving me a second chance and I'm doing a thousand times better with my new profile than with my old profile in a way I redeemed myself they have to start doing background checks more secure more thorough and that goes for any startup that's on any platform that's looking to hire for their company's benefit not only that they're screwing around with the mileage when you go to the restaurant after the restaurant to the diner they're screwing around with the mileage that's why they're being sued

They need to appreciate everybody that they hire you shouldn't always judge a book by its cover if you offer walk as an option to deliver food then let that person walk it's an option if you're not allowing walkers to deliver food for you, you should remove it from your platform that goes for doordash too.

Postmates Food delivered cold

Order sat completed at the restaurant for 30 minutes before the driver showed up to deliver. We drove to the store directly which remade the order fresh for us however could not compensate for the charges from postmates. We paid a service charge, deliver fee and tip to postmates and driver prior to delivery. No customer service number listed publicly for complaints. Would appreciate a refund of the fees and tip since intimately we had to go pick it up ourselves. Will NEVER use again!
