Foodstirs charged me for a baking subscription but never fulfilled my order. They stopped responding and refuse to refund me. I signed up for a baking subscription with Foodstirs, but they never fulfilled my order. They delayed it and then didn't send it after the time they promised. I was charged in full. I have contacted customer service via phone and email, and they haven't gotten back to me. I would like my money refunded and my subscription canceled.

This has been my second complaint
This has been my second complaint. I ordered a separate box from Foodstirs and a subscription. It took forever and a complaint to Complaintsboard.com before someone responded regarding the box I ordered. On December 14, a representative *** emailed me to say that the first box in the subscription would be sent out. It has not yet been sent. I emailed but once again no response and no one ever picks up a phone. You have to leave a voicemail mail which does not get returned.

I have been trying to contact the company just get a shipment update for a week to no prevail. I placed an order on November 2nd. I emailed them on Thursday to get an update on shipment and as of November 9th no update or reply. It is very disappointing and shameful that ui cannot even get an email back saying that the order is delayed or any other explanation on why my shipment has not been shipped. Any communication would be appreciated but the company has decided to ignore me all together.

Given a 1 year subscription box 12/19. We have received only 3 and all 3 have been incomplete. Can not get company to contact me. My daughter was given a year subscription to Foodstirs baking boxes for Christmas 12. To date, my daughter has only received 3 boxes and all have been incomplete. The first box did not include enough mix to finish the product, the second and third did not include the cookie cutter needed to do the bake and were both over a month late. I can now not get the company to reply to me about my complaint.

The cost was $33.98 I understand there were delays due to COVID19 however 2 weeks ago I received an email saying my order would be fulfilled and shipped by the end of the week. This did not happen. I sent them an inquiry the next week and they said it would be fulfilled and shipped that week. This did not happen. My order status is still unfulfilled on their website. I requested a refund but have received no response.

I purchased a one time 3 month subscription from this company as a gift to someone. When I logged into my account to check on the last delivery that should have been made I noticed that I am set up for another subscription that I did not sign up for, and It shows it is set up for auto debit. I do not want this subscription that I didn't not sign up for. I have tried to deactivate it online but it will not let me. I have also tried to remove my account info but it will not let me do this either. I have tried multiple times to email them and have gotten no response. I tried to reach out via social media as well. I also tired to contact the phones numbers I could find for this company but they are no longer in-service.

We bought. 3 kit subscription gift for my daughter and have received one in 3 mos w/promise it is coming over and over We love foodstirs mixes so we bought a 3 kit subscription gift for our daughter.We received our one and only kit in feb. & keep being told by customer service that the next one is coming And that it is delayed a week. It's been 3 months now and we have a very sad little girl. We should've had one in April and o e in June. It's one thing to be delayed due to what's going on but 3 months and the same canned response from customer service? I even got a weird email talking about a cancellation and was assured this was just a mistake by a phone rep. This might be enough to make me never purchase their products again... and we buy a lot of food stirs. There should be communication sent about this and it seems thru reading these other complaints I'm not alone

On 12/7 I received an email that my order was being processed and would be shipped that week. I received another version of that same email on 12/8. To this date still no info on shipping and the order is still marked as "processing" I sent several emails to the company and tried to leave a voicemail but the phone number hangs up on you before you can leave a full message. This was supposed to be a Hanukkah present for my child and sadly it never showed up. Not sure why there has be ZERO customer service in the way of answering questions or helping with product information but I think it's disgraceful to have no way of contacting the company or having customer service return your emails and calls.

Billed me twice for the same goods
Billed me twice for the same goods. Sent an email immediately to cancel one of the orders. Did not respond for days, said "no returns, too bad". Hi- I placed an order with Foodstirs and they charged my credit card twice for the same amount and placed two orders of the same things. The only reason I knew was that I recieved two email order confirmations for the same goods simultaneously and then checked my credit card and was billed twice. Within 1 minute of receiving the two order confirmations I sent an email to cancel the duplicate order and refund my credit card. Several days later I recieved a response that the order was shipped, they can not refund, and I can not return. How should I pay for this because their system duplicated an order and they do not check their emails from customers? This is a scam. Also, How can this company have an "A" rating when everything about them is a complaint and negative?!?!?

I was promised a refund on May 15 and May 28. Neither of those refunds was ever processed to my credit card. On April 16 I purchased a 3 month subscription and a a Lovely Lollies Cookie Pop Kit for a total of *** for my nephews' birthday (Order #XXXXXX).On May 13, I received an email (Request #XXXXX) stating that I would be refunded for the Lovely Lollies Cookie Pop Kit because they are out of stock but would still receive the Bakers Club 3 Kit Gift Subscription shortly. I received a second email regarding this same shortage on May 14 (Request#XXXXX). On May 15, I received an email confirming my refund in the amount of *** and *** After not hearing from you at all regarding my subscription box and my nephews' birthday passed, I contacted you via Facebook to get refunded on my subscription. On May 28 I received an email confirming my refund in the amount of *** In addition, on May 28 I received an email that my subscription was cancelled. Yesterday, on July 13, I received an email that a shipment from Order #XXXXXX was on the way. I did not understand how this was possible as I had canceled my subscription. I thought that maybe you were attempting to overcome the horrible experience we have had and provide the product despite us not paying for it. However, that was not the case. When I went back to my credit card history, I noticed that I never received any of the appropriate refunds that I have been promised. It has been more than 6 weeks since you confirmed that I would be refunded.
