I purchased a $150 gift card from the Footlocker store on Fulton street in Brooklyn NY on 12/24 on my Amex Gold card the first 6 digits of which are 379754 and the last four are 1009. I never used it since then and lost it. While the transaction is clearly recorded on my AMEX statement Footlocker refuses to recover my gift card. The card was purchased from the footlocker store in the late afternoon
