I have had insurance with for my parent's mobile home with Foremost for over 23 years. During this time I had an online account that was created and used for autodraft payments. For years the payments were drafted each month with no problem. In December, I learned the payments were not autodrafting and that our insurance had been canceled. I was asked to create a new more expensive policy and declined as I knew our policy had been intact and no issues existed before the company not auto drafting the payment. I learned the company implemented a new system on their end, and as such their was a glitch with the system autodrafting the payment. I circled back, trying to access the account and make sure the autodraft would occur, only to be told that no account existed for me. I explained many times there was in fact and account that I had for years, and there had to have been one for me to have the payments autodrafted for all these years, again over 20 years. I have yet to resolve the problem, and they are slow to help.
