Mixed Experiences with FortuneBuilders Inc
As someone who has explored the offerings of FortuneBuilders Inc, I must say that my experience has been quite mixed. While the educational seminars and workshops provided valuable insights into real estate investing, there were some concerning aspects. I observed instances where attendees felt pressured to invest significant sums of money into advanced programs, leading to disappointment and frustration. It's essential to approach their offerings with caution and ensure that the financial commitment aligns with your goals and expectations. Despite these challenges, the company does have a dedicated team and a wealth of knowledge to offer, making it a potential avenue for those looking to enter the real estate investment field.

This place is great!
This place is great! They got some really good info that I can use for me and my peeps!
Fortune Builders Has one of the best training out there. You need to study, follow all the steps, and take action. Nothing comes overnight, you must play your part. I purchased the program back in 2015, took action, applied all the recommendations and now I'm very successful. You've got to take action to be successful in the game. Than you Than Merril, Paul, Conrad, and all the FB Team. You have truly help made several millionaires in the US
Don't walk run this is the worst scam out here. I bought into Fortune Builders and they just took my money with all theses promises and they did nothing! They continue to ask for money every 3 to 6 months. At first it was a fee of 25K depending on what level you buy into, then you should receive training and the training was horrible. Fortune Builder said what they needed for you to buy into the scam. Again RUN! And they had people there to get credit cards so people could join. And they make it sound like once you join they give you a list of lenders and help with leads, which is a joke no leads. Also it is just general investors. No leads no deals no money making for you. They tell you to put signs on corners but that requires a permit they don't tell you about. This is just a scam! I thought it would help me out especially since I lost my job and this would have been a supplement of my income but this is just a rip off. I would just like to get my money back and I'll even pay to ship there training books back to them. There useless. Don't be a part of realeflow either it is all a SCAM! They need to be stopped they are taking advantage of people!
FortuneBuilders Inc is dope!
FortuneBuilders Inc is dope! I went to their seminar and it was lit! I learned so much and it really helped me get my head in the game. Highly recommend checking them out if you want to get ahead in real estate.
at FortuneBuilders Inc
at FortuneBuilders Inc. It's a great opportunity to learn about real estate investing. The team is really helpful and they know their stuff. I had a lot of questions and they were able to answer them all. I left feeling confident and ready to start my own real estate business. The only downside was that the workshop was a bit expensive, but it was definitely worth it. Overall, I would highly recommend FortuneBuilders Inc. to anyone who is interested in real estate investing.
I was blown away by FortuneBuilders Inc
I was blown away by FortuneBuilders Inc. They really know their stuff when it comes to real estate investing. They showed me how to get started even if I don't have any personal income. Their systems are so simple and easy to follow. I can't believe how much I learned from them.
I had a blast at the 3 day class
I had a blast at the 3 day class. I learned a lot about real estate transactions and what to do and not to do. The material, discussion, and energy were amazing! *** really nailed it for me.
FortuneBuilders Inc is the real deal
FortuneBuilders Inc is the real deal. It changed my life for the better. I never knew what I was missing until I attended their event. COVID made things tough for me, and I was lost. But FB gave me the knowledge and confidence to pursue my dreams.
These guys are crooks
These guys are crooks. They left me in $40,000 debt. They trick you into maxing out all your credit cards. Then they sell you two coaching programs with coaches who don't care about your success. As a person of color, they didn't even know how to deal with me. Be careful and stay away from these guys! It's all just a fancy marketing scheme.
FortuneBuilders Inc's 3 Day Workshop was super helpful for me
FortuneBuilders Inc's 3 Day Workshop was super helpful for me. Before the event, I was confused about some things, but now I feel like I can achieve my goals! The speaker at my local event explained everything really well and answered all the questions without anyone having to ask. I had a great time at the event and met some really cool people. Honestly, if I hadn't gone, I would have missed out on some important stuff for my business and my family's success would have suffered. It's all up to you though - if you're interested and have the right attitude, this could be perfect for you!
I learned some stuff on the 2nd day but the teacher was all over the place
I learned some stuff on the 2nd day but the teacher was all over the place. He said he would teach certain things but never got to them. He kept saying he would answer questions on the 3rd day but then he had to leave for an emergency flight. So, we didn't get all our questions answered. They want 30k for the program and then $100 a month after 3 months to keep the online service going. Plus, after the first year, there's a $495 payment due every year plus the $100 a month. That's a lot of money! They're greedy. If they really want to help people, they should make it cheaper, like 3k. I don't like how much control they have over your business. They give you a website, business cards, and access to their online products but if you don't pay the monthly fee, you lose everything. It's not really yours. If you build a big customer base using their system, you have to keep paying them. It's better to get your own for free. This program could be better if it was cheaper. They would get more people to join. If they really cared about people, they wouldn't ask you to max out your credit cards to join. It seems like they just want to fill their pockets. I didn't feel like they really cared.
If you wanna make Than Merrill (the boss of Fortune Builders) richer, then fall for this genius scam of theirs
If you wanna make Than Merrill (the boss of Fortune Builders) richer, then fall for this genius scam of theirs. I was actually sittin' in my 2nd day outta 3 day trainin' class in Glendale, CA back in Feb 2020 before covid, which I paid about $300 to attend, when it occurred to me to do some due diligence on them when I realized I wasn't at an honest Real Estate trainin' class, I was a bait to spend another $50,000 to sign up for their other package, and I came across these reviews here (too late), so I left that so-called trainin' class that tries to milk people for their hard-earned money. This is their business plan, they get you in with a free 2-hour class at first, get you all excited, and portrait themselves as this Honest business model, which they are not, then you sign up for a 3-day class hoping they will teach you how to do Real Estate, but as you are deep into the trainin', you find out, they are sellin' you a $50,000 (to start with) service with absolutely NO Guarantee of anything, then also you have to pay them extra monthly payment for its other features if you like to use them. I saw few older gentlemen on wheelchair attendin' the class, they were tryin' to scam them into spendin' their life savin' into this business model, and if you fail, its because YOU didn't work hard enough, but either way the boss of the Fortunebuilder, Tran and all his circus friends already got their money outta you and invest into holdin' these kind of classes to lure more naive people into their scam. I'm writin' this review almost a year and a half later, as I still get unsolicited calls and emails from them and unsubscribe button doesn't seem to work for them!
I went to the FortuneBuilders Inc 3 day class in Birmingham Alabama
I went to the FortuneBuilders Inc 3 day class in Birmingham Alabama. I wish I had read the reviews before giving them my money. They talk a lot and hype things up, but they don't want you to ask important questions like what happens if the tenant doesn't pay or damages the property. They also don't mention the maintenance costs that come with owning property. If you max out your credit cards, you still have to pay even if the tenant doesn't. They try to get you to pay more money for education, but they don't give you a house for that. They say they put people first, but it's really all about the numbers. I learned some things, but I think you could spend your money more efficiently by hiring a lawyer, realtor, tax advisor, accountant, and remodeling expert. They will be able to give you better advice and tell you about the risks involved. I give them 2 stars because I did learn something, but I don't think it's worth $30,000. Good luck to everyone out there.

FortuneBuilders Complaints 5
I joined FortuneBuilders Inc's class and it turned out to be a scam
I joined FortuneBuilders Inc's class and it turned out to be a scam. They already had their partner bank set up a loan in my name. They won't give me my money back even though they promised to do so. They said we would be charged $88.00 a month, but we are actually being charged $175.62 a month. When I try to make a payment, the screen is blank and I can't make a payment. I'm a college student and Covid has affected my employment, so I can't afford to pay for a service that wasn't provided as promised.
I hired Fortune Builders for their coaching and mentorship program, but they didn't do what they promised
I hired Fortune Builders for their coaching and mentorship program, but they didn't do what they promised. They charged a lot of money for their coaching sessions and kept pushing me to use my credit cards to pay for more expensive courses. They charged me over 17k, but I didn't get any good coaching. The coaches didn't help me when I needed it, and I felt like they didn't care about my success. I ended up in a lot of debt, and it's been hard to get out of it. I didn't know I could complain about it until recently. They use sneaky tactics to get people to sign up for their courses, and it's not fair.
I got scammed by FortuneBuilders Inc
I got scammed by FortuneBuilders Inc. They said it wouldn't cost me any money, but they had folks there to help me get credit cards so I could join. This lowered my credit score. They made it seem like they would give me a list of lenders, but it was just general investors. They told me to make a fake company profile, even though I hadn't done any deals. They also told me to put up signs on corners, but I needed a permit they didn't mention. This is a scam. I thought it would help me supplement my disability retirement, but they just ripped me off. I got banned from the Facebook group for cyberbullying. I want my money back and I'll even pay to ship their useless training books back to them. At the meetings, no one was from that state. They don't let you ask questions in front of others because they don't want people asking about their ethics. They need to be stopped because they're taking advantage of people!

I signed up with FortuneBuilders Inc in 1 for lifetime coaching and education in real estate, along with access to their tools
I signed up with FortuneBuilders Inc in 1 for lifetime coaching and education in real estate, along with access to their tools. They charged me $25,000, and I paid $6000 upfront and over $525 every month for a year. However, when I tried to access their training in February 2022, I was denied access despite making all my payments on time. They told me I needed to pay an additional monthly fee to access the tools and training, which I was never informed of before. My coach advised me to watch the video training, but I couldn't sign up for additional coaching even though I was promised unlimited access. I still owe FortuneBuilders $16,500, and they are charging me 17% interest. I have no access to the tools or coaching, and during the time I did have access, I was never guided on making my first real estate offer. I can't even claim this education service on my taxes as I haven't received an education loan statement. FortuneBuilders is charging me for services they no longer provide and trying to double charge me for promised lifetime access. Unlike college, where you walk away with a degree and tools to improve your life, all I have from FortuneBuilders is a mountain of debt that continues to grow. Their negative reporting is also affecting my credit, making it difficult to get a house or job. FortuneBuilders is overcharging and not following through on their promises.
I signed up with FortuneBuilders Inc
I signed up with FortuneBuilders Inc. with a friend who introduced me to their real estate investor training program. It cost us $35,000, which I paid for with four credit cards totaling $17,500. FortuneBuilders gave my friend a credit of $17,000, but they required us to sign up for Credit Karma and check our credit before accepting us into the program. During the interview, they told me to use all four credit cards and give my friend the FortuneBuilders credit. We attended a two-day class in February , but in March, COVID-19 hit and my family lost parents and other family members in New York. I also got sick and called FortuneBuilders to cancel, but they said I should have canceled during the class and couldn't refund my credit cards. They did take back the credit they gave my friend and bailed him out due to COVID-19. I spoke to other FortuneBuilders representatives, and they refunded me $2,500, but I'm still struggling with my credit and unemployment. I can't do FortuneBuilders again because my credit will suffer. I think FortuneBuilders treated me unfairly and asked the person they bailed out to help me pay my credit cards, but he refused.
