Super disappointed, don't order from this company
I am so disappointed with my order from For Your Party. I spent a huge amount of time and money to order custom matchbooks for my wedding, and when I received them they look completely different to the product online. I ordered rainbow foil, which online shows as a full rainbow spectrum. The actual product is only green red and yellow with harsh lines. I contacted For Your Website to see if they could do anything to help fix this issue and the only thing they could do is offer 15% off a second order (after I've already spent tons of money). I'll never order from them again.

I recently ordered some products from ForYourParty and unfortunately, I had a really bad experience. Firstly, my products arrived late which was really frustrating. But when I finally received them, I was shocked to see that all of the items that had been printed on were smudged and had the wrong logo on them. It was a complete mess!

They refused to refund any of my money, even though I had paid $25.00 for the napkins and an additional $25.00 for rush shipping. Unfortunately, my experience with her was not a positive one. She was completely unprofessional and refused to listen to my side of the story. She raised her voice and spoke over me, making it difficult for me to be heard. She even insulted me to the credit card representative before hanging up.

If this is what they consider to be a good quality finish, why not show a photo of the side of the box on their site so that customers are clear what it will look like?

This company, ForYourParty, has been a real disappointment so far. I was supposed to receive my order by November 20th, but it hasn't even been shipped yet. I ordered a cutting board with my clients' names on it, as well as a set of wine glasses with their names on them. About a week ago, they called me to let me know that they wouldn't be able to complete the wine glass order. While they did reimburse me, it's frustrating that it took them so long to realize they didn't have enough wine glasses. Honestly, they're not very good at their job. Unfortunately for them, this was a test order because I need about 25 more sets of wine glasses for past clients. They're a bunch of Payaso's - if you don't know what that means, just Google it.

I can't say anything about the customer service because I've never had to deal with them, but I've seen a lot of people complaining about the colors and how their designs turned out. I've never had that problem, so I'm thinking maybe it's just user error or maybe I'm just really good at making sure my designs are perfect. Ha!

I gotta say, my experience with ForYourParty was not great. I ordered some gift bags for my engagement party and when they arrived, the date on them was all messed up. Let me tell you, this lady was not helpful at all. She told me to scratch off the foil in the middle of the nines to make them look like sevens, but that was just not gonna work. I had over 100 bags to fix and it was just not practical. When I told her that, she got really snappy and sarcastic with me. She even suggested that I send the bags back to her so she could scratch them off with her own nail! Like, seriously? I spent a lot of money on those bags and I shouldn't have to fix them myself or deal with an owner who acts like that.
Long story short, I didn't get a refund or any apologies from ForYourParty. It was just a really bad experience overall. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I am very disappointed because I didn't get what I wanted.
I ordered Flavors in the pink color, but for some reason, I received the blue ones. Why? Why did they let it happen? Not that the blue color is bad, but I wanted to get what I ordered and paid for and in that case yes, the blue color wasn't appropriate for me.

I ordered napkins for the engagement party and I wrote down everything on the shipping address including the apartment number (Which was on the second line of the shipping address) and the ups refused to deliver it because it had no apartment number. I called the company to see why they didn't add the second line and they apologized which was the appropriate way to deal with this situation. The package was delivered, but I was being charged as soon as the package was delivered. They've charged me for the shipping costs (Additional 13.40) because they had to "update" the shipping address! When I called them, they acted like that I had asked for this and it was not my fault for adding the information on the site. It was not my fault at all, I would never not record the apartment number because I want the items to be delivered to the right address. I'd copied the address that I wrote on the site, and showed them that I should not be responsible for the mistake that the company made. They are giving me headaches by accusing that I did not type in the apartment number! I screensaved the address information and they still refuse to refund me. This is disgusting I would not order anything from them ever! Ever! Ever!

Ordered several napkins from www.foryourparty.com and when I received my order one napkin was missing. When I contacted Foryourparty customer support they gave me nothing but headache, they said that it was my fault and that I did something wrong while placing my order. They charged me for 5 napkins and I received only 4. I did not see where it was my fault. But these rude people continued to blame me! The worst customer service ever! I will not order from them again, they are the rudest, nastiest, customer unfriendly scammers!

I am so angry with foryourparty.com, they mislead me. I recently purchased napkins from this seller. They charged me for them as well as for the shipment. Napkins arrived after a month after I ordered it. The quality was so awful that I called them in order to return my money. After several attempts they refused to do it. I was so disappointed, and I will never buy from them again.
