I wish I had read the reviews posted for Frame Fixers before sending an expensive pair of prescription glasses for repair. They have now had my glasses for ten weeks and refuse to send them to me, even though I canceled the work order 11 days ago. They do not respond to phone calls or emails since my initial contact in May. I have been told twice that my glasses were fixed and would be shipped the next day. The last time I heard this was four weeks ago and still no glasses. I consider them to be fraudulent and now criminal since they are in unlawful possession of my property since I canceled the work order on July 16. Mine is not an isolated complaint, check other complaint boards or just google Frame Fixers reviews to see similar complaints regarding this company. I would file a small claims action, but I live on the other side of the country. Save yourself the hassle and frustration...do not do business with this company.

Have you tried withdrawing your credit card payment? I sent mine about the same time frame as yours and was able to get through on the phone until just a week ago when there stopped being anyone to pick up the phone.
I have already paid them $88 for the repair back in July, so my next step is to withdraw the payment.
