The reasons I no longer will go to fm.
The fuel points awarded to me 2892 are gone because I did not buy fuel before 10/01/18. So today 10/04/18 pay day I got screwed! Thank you fm!
I have to remember that only on the first tuesday of the month I get my senior discount. So today thursday I get nothing! Once again I got screwed! Thank you fm!
Fm use to be friendly and customer oriented. So far fm is turning into a mini costco trying to mass sell its product!
Because I am old and not electronic oriented I can't get the "app discount". Once again I get screwed! Thank you fm!.
The produce as well as the gourmet area use to be so appealing. Now you get what ever crap they can sell you at the high price! (not counting the employees playing and throwing cheese away into the garbage like basket ball)
The olive gourmet area my wife loved so much is gone to be replace by what sell the most! Soup! Really!
Once again I got screwed! Thank you fm!.
So, I am renewing my costco card, will across the street to safeway (fm and safeway could be the same chain.. I don't know and I don't care) and to grocery outlet to do my grocery as well as my other shopping!
Thank you in advance to take me out of your mailing list!
Frantz verhelst. #[protected]
Ps: check out how much I use to spend to fm maple valley!

Communication is bad!
There seems that there is very bad communication that is going on at this Fred Meyers in shoreline, Washington, 98133! It seems that the managers are not telling anybody about what is really going on, especially with this remodel that is going on, and it seems that certain associates have no clue what us going on and other associates do know what is going on, also customers know what is going on with the remodel! So the managers need to quit bulling the associates and they need to stop picking on them as well! It seems that they get all the bonus's and what not and they sit on their [censor], and they don't care about anybody but themselves and it seems they have their favorite associates and they let them do what they want and they let them get away with everything, they don't care about anybody else and it is sad! It seems that a lot of people are quitting because of how they are being treated, and they are all trying to keep everybody away from a certain lady who works in apparel and they are trying to are people not believe her and to back stab her and to lie to her, they want her out if aparrel they cannot stand her, and they leave her in the dark, they won't train her they don't care they just throw her around like a rag doll, and that is not fair she is a [censor] human being, do treat her like one and quit thinking she can't do her job because she can, this lady is a very hard worker and she dies what she is to, d, and it seems like nobody trusts her or really likes her, they are really trying to make her quit by joking around with her and picking on her! So you need to respect her and e etybody else and everybody at this [censor] store needs to do their job and do team work, it seems that there is no team work going on, another thing it seems that loss prevention is lieing to all the associates, and they won't give them their incentives! So everybody should get treated equally and fairly and a certain associate, should not be making people come to work because they are sick, you don't need extra associates to work so that you can sit on your [censor] and play with your phone or hang out with your work friends or boyfriends while you ate on the click, and make sure you blame the right people and not the ones who are doing all this non sense especially if you don't want to get into trouble, everybody needs to suck it up and do your job, there are people who are going insane and ending up in the hospital because of this job, certain associates are not eating and they are dealing with other problems! So something needs to be fine about this store, and if not then all of this will goto the press and the media, another thing they are allowing people to take months off at a time and these associates lie about where they are going, when they are home instead if at there destination!
Ripoff
I bought zip lock bags and got home and realized they were the cheap sandwich bags that don't work well. I paid $7.39 not including tax on week on July 16th 2017 . I wanted the freezer zip lock sandwich bags. I went to take them back but didn't have my receipt in my bag so I went to my car to find it in another bag. But the receipt was blotchy and it was not clear the date and the scan code which is obviously the way it was put in my bag. I leave receipts in my grocery bags for months and I can read them all but this one I had just gotten the week before. I learned they wouldn't give me all my money back because I was given a bad receipt. It is not the money but the principle of the fact they are stealing from me. I've been shopping there at least weekly. I will never shop at another Kroger store. I grew up that it was important to have integrity and I refuse to deal with people who don't. I meet many, many people every day and have already told many about my experience.
Pharmacy
My husband and I have been going to Fred Meyer pharmacy for about six years, we also spend about $700 a month on things there. Last month my husband got his Rx filled like he does every month and there was seven short. I would recommend to everyone to not get there Rx filled at Fred Meyer. I called the Fred Meyer corporate office and I spoke to a lady about filling a complaint. She had the main pharmacist call me. And he said my husband was lying to me about the seven pills going missing. My husband is a very honest person he would never lie to me or anyone for that matter. So I called the lady back and told her what the guy said to me. And she told me that she was going to fire him because that's not the type of customer service Fred Meyer has. Well my husband got a new prescription today went to Fred Meyer and the guy is still working there. So I called the lady again, and she said that she never said she was going to fire the guy that she said if it happened again then she would. They have horrible customer service and have now lost all of our business. I seriously recommend to everyone that is reading this. Do not get your RX filled at Fred Meyer. I know seven pills don't sound like a lot but when your husband had cancer, fibermyalga, arthritis, nerve damange, and hip displacement. Seven pills is a big deal, it's a whole days worth. NOT okay!
I have for the first time forgot to refill my insulin subscription, which is a life and dead Matter and had to have it refilled that day. They told me there did not have it in stock and go and find another pharmacy that mite have it. i have been a customer for years. I would not recommend to ever for anyone to go to the Couer D'Alene pharmacy in Idaho.
Fred meyer shoreline, washington store
Hi, I work at this store called Fred Meyer In Shoreline Washington, and this store is not safe, they allow bums, homeless and certain gang members to this store, and they do have security but no loss prevention and it seems that certain people in other departments are getting the hours they want, and that is not fair to the other people and they seem to be really unfair with what they do in the apparel, it seems that certain people always get there days off and they get shuffled around or mixed up and people are thinking of themselves and they are not caring about other people's needs, and it seems that there is a lot if favoritism going on in apparel as well, they are trying to get rid of the hard workers, and they work people to death, they expect one person to do the dirty work and work there butt off while they sit on step stools and be lazy, and it seems to that we have to do things very slow and make sure that this one person is always unhappy, there is do much complaining and drama that goes on that it is not even funny, and they keep making this one person stuck in the middle of everything and this person has to bounce around like a yo yo, and that is not fair, nobody at all knows what they are doing at this store and it seems that there are people who get lied to and we get pushed around and we have to work hard and only one person in apparel does the fresh walk, and it seems that only one person in apparel is doing this, they have 3 elderly ladies who keeps complaining and gossiping about the young college kids and they have one lady who they have in the shoe department who throws shoes, talks to herself and wonders around, and other employees from other departments are complaining about her as well, it seems that nobody is happy in apparel, nobody cares certain people talk a lot of days off to avoid not doing things at work, and it seems that there is a lot of bullying from other associates in the departments, and they seem that they are trying to make certain people quit and scare them away. So at this store we need to be fair towards one another and make sure that everybody pulls there own weight at thus store, so that no accidents or mental issues happen.
Product
I would like to register my strong objection to the sale of the national enquirer in you stores but in particular the current issue dated dec 12, 2016 with the banner headline muslim spies in obama's cia!.
This is offensive, incendiary language that should not be allowed to be on display in your stores. It is my hope that your company will simply do its part to push back against the hate that is being unleashed in our communities at this time. And for those companies that refuse, I expect that many of us will simply boycott.
If you do not want to see offensive, nowadays, better stay home
The National Enquirer and the Globe are filled with unproven conspiracy nonsense. Their headlines promote hate and lies. They are usually placed by the checkout line which forces customers to look at them. I will be shopping elsewhere as much as possible. FM used tp be my go to for everything.

Kroger food stores owns a chain of Stores in Oregon and Washington called Fred Meyer. Now I don' know if the folks lacking in social skills and serving skills are hired from disabled pool in most communities for these jobs but it seems to be the case at the particular store I go to.
I could train a gang of Bonobo Monkies to do that job with better skills than the current employees They have at Their stores. I suppose They could just use shock collars but then PETA might get involved and consider Them animals because of Their low IQ's and strange habits.
Kroger Corp or whatever You call Your conglomerate should get Their ### together and put a flame under these ###s before You lose ALL of My business.

Shorted on ice cream
We purchases 4 half gallons of Deluxe Mint Chip Ice Cream from Fred Meyers. We’ll, it’s not half gallons anymore, it’s 1.5 qts. or as their label says (48oz.) of the good stuff. BUT, we weighed the good stuff and it only weighed about 32oz. NOT 48oz like the label says. Fred Meyers customer service representative told me that the oz. are not important it is sold by volume so it doesn’t matter if it says 32oz or 48oz it’s all the same 1.5qts. I say they need to remove the 48oz label – it does matter to me!
Dang that's false advertising.
i had 39.99 for the cost of my lamp, and all i got out of it was 7.14! That's not good business. i have been on the phone all day talking to the card, and Fred Meyer tyring to handle this. please just resolve this matter asap i need gas to go to my doctors in the morning!
They steal gold!
Wow, you would think something in South Towne Mall would be a reputable place to go. I thought it would be safe to bring it to somewhere like Fred Meyer Jewelers but I was totally wrong. I went in to have my ring repaired, one that I have had for a long time, it was starting to crack and become worn down. It was a very heavy gold ring. When I went to Fred Meyers Jewelers in South Towne Mall to get it I was amazed at what they gave me back! The ring literally was about a third of the weight/size that it was when I originally gave it to them. It was a very thick ring before and now it looks about as thick as dime or less. I complained but they just said it was my ring and they didn't take anything from it but all my family and friends could tell immediatley by seeing it and holding it that it had much less gold than it originally had when I gave it to them. It is sad some companies are so dishonest and do things like this since gold is so expesnive now to make an extra buck and get a way with it. BEWARE if you have Fred Meyers Jewelers in Sandy Utah do any repairs on your rings, weigh it before and take a picture before you bring it to them just to be safe!
I am 100% certain i've been a victim of fraud here
In November of 2010, in good faith I purchased at the Meridian, ID store, a pair of 14k white gold 1ctw Princess cut diamond earrings, which I kept in the original box they came in, then as a proactive security measure to protect my valuables, I stored them in my personal safe, until when for personal reasons I changed my mind about keeping them.
I went back to the store with the intention to return them, where the store manager, Josh Wittchow, performed an inspection on the diamonds (test I wasn't aware of since I'd never returned any piece of jewelry before), to my great astonishment he told me that they weren't diamonds but CUBIC ZIRCONIA! I was so appalled just to think that they even came with a Gemological Science International report and also that I had paid over $2, 000 for them. Nevertheless, He did not take them back or gave me a refund for the fake diamonds but offered to communicate with their Loss Prevention Department and with the supplier of the diamonds to find out where the real ones were at.
Now after what happened to me, I question why is that jewelers only perform quality check on their diamonds when they've been returned, but not when the customer is buying them to guarantee they're selling to the customer what they say it is? What is really appalling to me is the fact that if it wasn't for the fact that I decided to return them, I'd had never found out their Sales Associate put fake merchandise in the box. I'm not expert on diamonds and to me anything that shines under their lights is a diamond.
So far FRED MEYER JEWELERS Corporate hasn't done any investigation to get to the bottom of the problem. When all this just had happened, I sent a written complaint to Peter M. Engel, President and he in reply delegated the problem to Abir Elaimy, Regional Supervisor, who called me not to settle the complaint but just to tell me they were a "very reputable nationwide jewelers" and that their employees were diamond certified. She even got very upset when I brought up the issue of the employee who might have swapped the merchandise and then suggested I did the swap at my home! She was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. They are not even willing to go over all the security tapes surrounding the dates since they received the earrings from their supplier until the date of the sale.
I had filed a consumer complaint with the Attorney General Office of Idaho in hopes of obtaining some legal support, and have Fred Meyer Jewelers take my fraud complaint seriously. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. For the AGO to take action against this company or any other (to proceed to investigate any further and protect my rights as a consumer), it needs to have more than 1 complaint and so far mine is the only one. I'm sure there are more people out there who just like me, bought merchandise from this company and innocently thought they got diamonds but instead received cubic zirconium, but unfortunately they don't know yet.
On their response to the AGO, Fred Meyer mentioned to show the videos of my visits to the store. How can they be 100% certain they gave me diamond earrings if they have not reviewed their surveillance videos from the date they received those particular earrings until the day they were sold to me? They may just discover that they in fact did not perform the "rigorous quality check" they say they did before I bought the diamond earrings; or perhaps, that the sales associate did not show me the merchandise she put in the store bag before she gave it to me. I am 100% certain I've been a victim of fraud here.
I too have had a VERY bad experience with Fred Meyer Jewelers with my 10 year "I FOREVER DO" anniversary band. They do not stand behind their products! We will NEVER use them EVER again!
I had a very bad customer service and unbelievable foul up at my local FM jewelry during the holidays myself. I dropped corporate a line about it and will never bring my business back to their jewelry dept.
Dishonest business practice
At Fred Meyers gas at 3333 W. 11th Eugene Oregon 97402 I handed them my debit card and asked for $20 gas. My first purchase of the day. I checked my bank balance soon after and it was off by over $100! Fred Meyers gas, instead of keying in $20 has a default set at $125. They froze $125 dollars from my account with no warning and no authorization to do so...

Fred Meyer Jeweler Sold Me CUBIC ZIRCONIUM for DIAMONDS

My husband and I both bought our wedding rings at Fred Meyer Jewelers in late 2009. Since that time, I have had 3 diamonds fall out of my set, my husbands band had to be completely replaced 1 year after we bought it (Fred Meyers swapped it out for the same style ring free of charge), and now my husbands wedding band needs replaced again. I spent 8 months calling the company to get work done on my ring and on his ring free of charge because we bought the lifetime warranty on all of our pieces. It took me 8 months (23 calls) before anyone agreed to repair the rings. Since we live in an area that no longer has a FMJ, they said we could mail our rings in to be fixed and then they would mail them back when the repairs were made. I left my home address with the representative and was expecting the boxes to be mailed to my house within a week. The boxes never came, so I called back. They told me that they never received my address and that someone would be calling me later that night to obtain my address. I thought this sounded fishy, but I was desperate to get our boxes. Long story short, 5 more phone calls later, I never received a box and my husband and I both have damaged wedding rings. Thank you Fred Meyer Jewelers for disappointing us at every turn.
Vegas-style store layout, designed to confuse
My complaint is specifically focused on the grocery department. Not once have I gone into this store and found what I was looking for by thinking logically or trying to follow the hanging signs. Its like they want you to get lost, swirlling around the isles trying to find that item on your list that *should* be with (insert common item) but ISN'T. The isles are all split down the middle in order to have what they call End Caps - shelves/promotional areas at the ends of the isle. Note that the store receives premium $$ from vendors to display their products on these End Caps. Unfortunately for the customer the natural arrangement of canned goods, or juice, or ethnic foods, or almost any catagory, has to be split up as well, with some food catagories falling on several distant isles (juice, for example). Not to mention the ten 4-way cart-jamming intersections that the split-isles create. I have enough of those just driving through town, I really don't need more inside the store.

I was shopping in Fred Meyer in Richland WA a week ago and cannot believe the man employee named Kailer or something just used too many bad words and talking with his friends in the working time.
Also, he kinda ignored me when I asked him for a product. That's such a bad experience since I am new in this area. Also, there food is kinda more expensive than other retailers. I think I should go to Winco or Walmart so I can have at least either cheap price or good-behavior employees.
Trying to avoid Fred Meyer as much as possible.
This is a good reason to call corporate and complain.
Cheating at the deli counter
Stopped at a fred meyer deli on my way home passing other grocery stores in favor of this location where I do my weekly shopping. Today I am told they no longer sell chicken strips by the pound, but rather, by the piece. Not a problem until you take a look at the "wide" range of sizes per piece. I believe in getting the most for my money so I politely asked...

I have had the worst experience with this Jeweler! My husband and I got each other our wedding set At Fred Meyers. It was the one in Ventura, CA. at the Pacific View Mall. There was only one decent person in there with any real customer service. The manager Patrick I can't remember his last name. Even then my husband and I found out he lied to us. So first off my husband and I got engaged back in November. He had the ring a month or two before. But it always stayed in the original box and somewhere safe. So nothing could bump it or cause it to fall or be damaged. So first few days I finally get to wear my ring I was sitting at work and it just happened to hit the light perfectly and I noticed a small crack on the base of the ring the part that's under the finger. I had my sister, mom and fiance examine it and yup it was cracked. I was sort of upset but I had signed up for the year warranty plan. So I thought well great at least I can get it fixed for free. So thats what I do. Then a few weeks go by and I want to surprise my fiance with his ring for Christmas. I saved and worked hard to earn the money because it was on layaway because for some reason I didnt get approved for any of their cards when I have credit and my fiance did get approved with no credit...uhg anyways. So I finally get his ring I wrap it up keep it safe. A few days before Christmas they call me and say there is a problem with the plan they sold me. I go in and they tell me they sold me the wrong one. I was supposed to get the 1 year but they accidentally sold me the 3 month. I am figuring ok anyone who has any good customer service skills would have said I am sorry for the inconvenience it was our fault. We will switch you over no extra cost. No not them. Even though I made it clear to them it was their fault and I shouldn't have to pay more money. They basically gave me this option. After saying oh we completely understand, they tell me I can either pat the difference which was like $60 extra or get a complete refund but give up the plan. Are you kidding me?! I was super angry. I almost gave up on the plan and got a full refund but I couldn't help but think what if something happens. So I paid it. Christmas comes I give him his ring. And guess what. It's cracked! Really?! So we took it back and they examine it and say oh it's not a crack we can just buff this out. Sometimes this happens and people think its a crack but not. I just thought to myself yeah if you guys had good craftsmanship this wouldn't even happen. So they buffed it out and everything was good for a while. He even had his ring re sized a few times no problems. Except for the rude people who work there. Since my fiance was approved for their card he has to make payments. Normally we would go into the store and make a payment. We go to the store one day and it's empty! They are gone! They did manage to leave a small note on the door saying they moved...to Santa Barbara! Thats a 45 min drive more if traffic. I look online and that is now the closest one to wear we live. So not only do they have terrible service but now they have inconvenienced every customer who used to go there. We have to drive to SB now just for a ring shinning to keep our plans valid! So STUPID! Time passes and we finally get married and I can wear my wedding band now. This has also been in the box for months in a safe place. I wear it for a few weeks and what do you know cracked! Granted I will say the wedding band is small. And its made of white gold which is a softer metal. This crack was split all the way through. I showed it to my sister and she said its still bad craftsmanship she has rings that size and same metal that have never broken in all the years she has had them. I was even more pissed at this point. So my husband and I went all the way to SB to get it fixed. Now the manager patrick had told us in the beginning that the skys the limit basically with this plan. We could even get the bands sautered together no charge. So I think fine they will fix the crack and sauter it together. Maybe that will reinforce it and it wont crack anymore. We take it in they say they will fix the crack. I ask to have it sautered and they say oh ok but that will be $48. Uuuum what? we were told that was free. Oh no she says thats just chain bracelets that can be suatered. Are you freaking kidding me?! My husband paid it even though at this point I don't see how it was justified. They said I should be able to get it the next day. It took them 3 days to call! And when I got it back It was a joke! Most rings get sautered by sautering it all the way around. you can still see it was two rings at one point. But they are completely fuzed together. Fred Meyers apparently thinks making one little sauter mark at the bottom of the ring counts and is worth $48. And they did such a crappy job! the bands weren't even aligned properly! So out more money and more ### craftsmanship. The warranty voids if I get work done on my ring by another jeweler. But I have just about had it with Fred Meyer. I am taking my rings to a real Jeweler who can fix their shotty work. DONT GO TO FRED MEYERS THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND DO A POOR JOB ON YOUR JEWELERY!
I attached pictures. They aren't the greatest. If I can go back and edit after I post this I will try to add better focused ones.
Thank you! Someone else with similar problems. And to those of you who are trying to prove me wrong last time I checked this was called complaints board! I came on here with a valid complaint about MY experience. I have the right to it as much as anyone else on this board. So please spare me all the crap and move along. Seriously fix it and don't [censor] about it? Gimme a break. If you don't want to see [censor]ing maybe don't come to a site for [censor]ing. I'm fully aware of the banks the cards go through. And my husbands ring was over $400 unless I was getting him something huge and Vegas like most mens wedding rings are in that range. My ring was over a thousand and that's the one that had the most problems. I know they are human and make mistakes but when you are dealing with thousands of dollars that hardworking people are willing to spend on your product a good business would make extra damn sure their product is solid and flawless. There are plenty of jewlers who do better than these guys. It's just a shame I had to find it out the hard way.
difusi Im so glad you wrote what you did because it just proved the age old saying that assuming really does make you look like an [censor]. I wasn't aware you had experience with the entire company and every branch of it ever made and absolutely can say without a shadow of a doubt this isnt "The norm" for this company. So your really qualified to come here and judge every person who may have had a different experience than you right? :0p You really dont know me or my husband whatsoever. Plus im sorry but your service was in a completely different state completely different people. And you know what a lot of other people have had the same complaints as me. I didnt go to Kansas and get our rings. Maybe they are great over there but the service I got here was not. And if service [censored] means wanting friendly customer service and not getting ripped off for cracked rings and cheapo soldering that breaks apart a few months later than sure call me what you like. But my experience has not been good. Also I never said my diamonds were cracked if you actually read it all the way through instead of skimming through and writing your ridiculous comment to make yourself big and important. As if Fred Meyers actually cares that you "defended them" you would know I didn't write that nor did I write he got his ring re sized three times. In the future I suggest thinking things through before blurting out garbage like that. :) thanks!
Cheap jewelry cheap service. My wedding set is from FM In Anchorage AK. We purchased the ring in 2007. It was advertised as a 4 ctw. It has three bands total and I still get lots of compliments on it. The problem was a few years back a befriended a gemologist who i asked to look at my ring, she informed me that the ring was not 4 ctw but rather 2 7/8 ctw. I attempted several times to contact FM regarding the issue to no avail. My second complaint is how the ring turns yellow. They did warn me upon purchase that it may need to be "dipped" but I know a lot of people with 14K white gold jewelry that does not turn colors and they have never had their jewelry "dipped". I guess lesson learned. I will NEVER purchase jewelry at FM again. I did not even bother to go into my poor customer service. It starts at the top and I'd say FM Jewelry needs to re-evaluate their management. With that being said, my experience was a few years back so maybe some changes have been made. Too late for me though, I will not be shopping at the Jewelry department anymore. The rest of the store is great though, good customer service and quality merchandise. My only fear is the FM jewelry sack I have sitting on my bar right now. My MIL brought it by for my birthday which is in a few days. Maybe I'll have better luck this time. I sure hope so:)
I have had similar experiences with the Twin Falls, ID Fred Meyer Jeweler. I had laid away a platinum semi mount that they stated had vvs1-vvs2 side stones with G-H color and paid for the extended warranty. After I had picked up the ring and found a center stone to have mounted in it, it came back damaged. After several attempts of trying to get their jeweler to properly repair it, I demanded a replacement ring. The manager of the store, Alma told me the ring was no longer being made and I couldn't get a refund because I had the ring sized. I had a different store attempt to repair the ring and Fred Meyer did pay for that. I also had the ring appraised and found out the side stones were only SI2 with I color and the ring itself was poorly made. Once again I tried to get a refund or replacement but was told that since I had someone else work on the ring the warranty was null and void. I made numerous attempts through the district manager and the home office to get some sort of resolution but got no where. I even tried reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, but their first response was from the 3 people I spoke to was so bizarre it seemed like they weren't even speaking about the same ring or incident. After I disputed their first response, they refused any further communication with the BBB and the case was closed. The BBB told me I should take my case to the Attorney General in Ohio (their HQ home state) or sue them in small claims court which I still might do. I might add that Alma, the local manager was extremely rude and argumentitive and told flat out lies to the BBB in her response (she said she offered to replace the ring but I refused). Their jeweler is a joke and should not be allowed to work on platinum. I used to shop there frequently, but I'll never go there again.
Yeah...I made the mistake of getting a "diamond" replaced there...(if they actually put a real diamond in) and it fell out in less then a month. So now we go to a real jeweler and have stopped shopping at FM all together. Rip me off once and our business relationship is over. Considering FM was our main store for so many other things they missed out on more the dollars they could of made so in the end they are losing. Thats the price you pay when you lack ethics.
My husband just bought my wedding diamond band and one of the diamond is crack right down the middle i am very mad 1st day not even a day and it has a crack no one offer too clean my ring after it had been in a tiny plastic bag...thats right no box even tho we paid almost as much as my engagement ring and no box...fred myers is the walmart of jewelers ...im taking it back tomorrow for a full refund . and going to Zales where they dont mess up there rings and give you military discount.

1. Just in case you didn't know, it's not actually Fred Meyer Jewelers approving you for credit. They are the name in the card and the approval is totally up to Citibank.
2. Since you do not confess to knowing why the location was changed, you should look at it from a company point of view and not think solely of how it affects poor you.
3. You get what you pay for. If your ring was shoddily made you might consider the quality. A $400 ring will not be the same quality as a $4000 ring.
4. As a consumer it is your job to make that what you paid for is what you wanted. These people are human and make human mistakes. Look at your receipts! If there's a mistake fix it then- don't [censor] later.
I have had nothing but the best experience with Fred Meyer Jewelers out of Overland Park KS and Kansas City Missouri. The employee's were and continue to be Courteous, helpful, professional and offer my wife and I many insights and suggestions. The quality of the Diamonds are SPECTACULAR... I can't believe the statements made by this person here? First of all, Cracks? In the gold or Diamonds? She must have 60/60 vision because the stones in her ring are so small. The welding, as I understand it, are spot on, because this ladies Husband has been back thrice (3 Times) to have the ring resized. If the ring was "Soldered" completely around, I think she would've hagged and [censor]ed all the way to the refund counter because the Tech made it impossible to resize the ring.
Sounds like a customer service [censored] to me. Can't get approved for credit either? OMG - I had poor credit (Score of 509 - Due to layoff and identity theft) I was able to rebuild my credit within two years, and now have a score of [protected] (Experian- Transunion - Equifax). I applied and instantly received 1600.00 Credit. Was able to purchase a necklace for the wife that I will be presenting her at the Chiefs home opener on Sept 13th.
I am really sorry that this lady had such a problem. It is not the norm with this company. I would recommend Fred Meyers over Zales, Bailies Bank Biddels, Krigel, Eldridge, and MANY MANY others when it comes to price and satisfaction.
