Free Bee Pest Control receives 5 stars from our experience. Eric was extremely professional, prompt, and he explained all steps of the process. Eric was available for any of our concerns, even after 5pm. Free Bee's pricing was better than almost all in the area. It has been a month since we contacted him about the issue, and happy to say, we feel the pest has been eliminated! We will definitely use him if we ever have a need in the future. I highly recommend this company to anyone!

Eric at Free Bee Pest Control is very professional and respectful! You can tell this company really cares about their clients and about doing a good job! They are also super timely and flexible, not to mention affordable. I plan to use them for as long as I live in this area for routine pest control/prevention, especially now since I also see the value in this service! Great company! Great people! We had a case of bed bugs and were completely horrified and embarrassed. We just didn't know where to turn. Eric talked us through the rental of his home heaters and fans so that we could do it ourselves. It was a lot of work, but Eric was just a phone call or text away. He was so supportive, kind, and understanding! If you have any pests to get out of your home don't hesitate to call Free Bee Pest Control. Great service and great prices! I'm a customer for life!

We highly recommend Free Bee Pest Control! We had a large number of ants in our kitchen. The ants were invading everything in the cabinets and on the counters. After the ants devoured an entire half loaf of banana bread, we decided to call the professionals. We found Free Bee and gave them a call. The technician Eric came out the next day, treating our home inside and out. The ant activity ceased within the next day. Ants were never to be seen again in my kitchen. I am so thankful for Free Bee they make my life much easier!

Eric with Free Bee Pest Control has always been a real pleasure to work with. For the last few years he has proved to us that he takes his clients concerns quite seriously. We typically have him treat for spiders and other minor pests. Recently during routine treatment he explained he would like to provide an additional courtesy wasp service, as we have had a small nest in our back shed. Free Bee has always been prompt, even going so far as to ask if they can arrive early as they are ahead of schedule. I really appreciate the top notch customer service that has always been a priority, and can't praise the quality of their work enough.

Anytime I have ever had a problem, Eric has always been a phone call away whether it be inspecting my home (Which is free by the way!) anytime I have felt it was needed, or to answering any and every question I could possibly come up with. He is always professional and great to work with! You won't find better prices anywhere else you go, especially for the quality of work he does! Will recommend to anyone and everyone! ? I had an ongoing huge ant problem inside of my house and I couldn't control them on my own as hard as I tried. I was feeding them borax in sugar and honey. It was like ringing the dinner bell. They were swimming in it like it was a party. More and more ants coming to get in on It. I finally gave up and called FreeBees pest control and they came out immediately. They were so friendly and knowledgeable. Down to earth couple. Literally. They sprayed around the inside and outside of my house and under my crawl space. The ants were gone by the time I got back home that day. And at least 2 months later, still gone. Amazing! I will call them again for any pest control needs. Thanks so much to Eric and his wife. ?

We had a huge hornet nest in the eaves of our 2 story house which was out of reach for me. I saw a comment on NextDoor web page of another home owner who had a great experience with Free Bee removing a hornet nest at their home. So, I called Free Bee and left a message. Eric got back to me with an hour and agreed to stop by on his way to another job the next day. I was impressed with Eric's knowledge, courtesy, honesty, and skill. In less than an hour he was able to remove the nest. Meantime, he gave me a quick lesson on hornet behavior which was really interesting. I was impressed that he was on time, skillful, and efficient and the cost was well worth it. It was even more amazing in today's economy to find a contractor who isn't quoting 2-4+ weeks to get to your job. I would highly recommend Eric Long and Free Bee services. Chris

We got bed bugs from a movie theatre. We tried to handle it ourselves with no success. After finding these great reviews I made the call. They were here the next day and was handling it within a few days. I of course was freaking out and had a million questions and they were so helpful and took the time to answer all my many questions. Andrea and Eric are great. They were so helpful and I would recommend them to everyone that needs pest control. It's been a month since they erased the problem here. I opted to have them come back monthly and spray and will be seeing them this week. They give you your options and don't push you to make decisions leaving that up to you, no pressure which was nice. Let them help you if you have pest needs they will walk you through the process and give you piece of mind. Would definitely use again if need arises.

They were very knowledgeable and respectful when it came to answering my questions. There price is very fair! Free bee pest control gave me back my peace of mind in my own home! Very quick to respond, and accommodating with scheduling initial bed bud treatment! Which you have to be gone for 3-4 days, we were scared and nervous but they kept me updated throughout the entire process, giving me updates and before I even had a question that would occur I was being contacted and given the opportunity to ask or reassurance that my home and belongings were safe.The company was considerate of my childrens belongings as well as mine! I have really felt like they genuinely care. Even after the treatment was done they have checked to see how things were and if I had any more concerns or anything they can help me with! I strongly recommend free bee pest control for all your needs as I will keep them for all mine!

Eric Landon and the team at Free Bee Pest Control went out of their way to respond same day to our needs. We had a yellow jacket nest right outside of our garage making leaving the house incredibly difficult! We also were having a problem with wasps, bees, yellow jackets coming and swarming a tree on the side of our home making it impossible for our son to cut the grass on that side of the house. We left a message with Free Bee and received a call back within 30 min! Not only that, but Eric came to the house that day! Was very informative, up front and honest, letting me know that any treatment to the tree on the side of the house would be a momentary fix. That I would have to address the sooty mold that was attracting the pests to the tree. He took care of the nest/hive next to the garage and stood by his work with a warranty. Was incredibly pleased with the service, professionalism and responsiveness of Eric Landon and Free Bee Pest Control, LLC. Will definitely recommend to any and all friends and family who need pest control assistance!

We had a small entry point near the roof line in which bees made themselves at home. So, I looked to see who would remove bees (we assumed the worst and thought they were honey types). Despite being very busy and on a job, Eric was willing and able to text me and I sent a pic so he knew what we were dealing with. Turns out they were yellowjackets which, while not good, was not a removal but an extermination. They were able to come out several days later (again, despite being very busy) and take care of them. I was texted to confirm my appointment the day before AND a phone call was made that day to ensure I was there and he was able to be there soon. Very nice and went out of his way to explain things so we weren't surprised nor uninformed what would/could happen. The bees were taken care of promptly and by the next day they were gone. He also took the time to call doublechecking the activity had indeed stopped. We are very pleased with the service and price for what was done since these were stinging insects and could be nasty. We would recommend them to anyone needing this type of service (and I'm sure other services, look them up!) from a company that seems to get that the customer is important and likes to know what is going on AND that the job gets done right. We had exceptional service with Free Bee Pest control this past spring! What started as a scare for potential bed bugs on a weekend led us to calling around multiple companies. Eric was the only one to personally respond back to our message asking how he could help via text message. He let us send pictures of what we had found and professionally responded with what was the actual bug we had found (carpet beetles behind a headboard!) and called to set up an appointment with us later that week. When we asked if there was any way he could come sooner (we were going to be leaving out of town and 2 of our kids had gotten strange "bite"/rash marks on their back), he managed to fit us into his schedule the very next day-Monday. We spent the next couple days deep cleaning every space of the house and vacuuming like crazy to prepare for the first treatment on Thursday. He was able to come in and treat the whole house for carpet beetles inside and out (he even treated the basement which we had forgotten to ask about!). We had the second treatment done the next month and have had no return bug problems at all. He was very kind, understanding, patient, professional and thorough. He didn't hesitate to help move a few things up off the floor that we had forgotten while walking through before the treatment. He also was happy to put on the shoe covers while at our house when I had asked about them! Overall very professional, respectful, and exceptional service. Pest control is one thing you don't want to get wrong, and it's very stress relieving knowing we've got Free Bee there to help when needed!

I highly recommend Free Bee Pest Control for any pest problems you may encounter. My family and I had a yellow jacket's nest a couple years ago, and Free Bee Pest Control did an outstanding job helping us. They were flexible, timely, affordable, professional, and thorough. Eric also showed me how to prevent them from coming back into my attic; he EASILY could have left after removing the nest, and then charged me again when the yellow jackets returned. They don't do that - they care about their customers and operate with integrity. After being so pleased with Free Bee during our last experience, I recently called them again as we may have honey and/or carpenter bees nesting on our deck. Without even knowing I was a repeat customer, Eric was again professional and asked many questions that helped him best anticipate our needs. He gave me advice of what to look for, and we agreed that there may not be a problem just yet. Just like last time, he could have EASILY charged me just for a "service call". Instead, he took the honorable approach of providing education and still offering to come out any time, if needed. In addition to caring about customers, Eric also demonstrated a strong passion for the critters in nature. In this case it was bees, though Eric clearly has a large knowledge base and concern for nature. He will ensure that customers' homes are safe for the family, though he will explore all possibilities to not harm nature, if possible. I will continue to be a customer of Free Bee Pest any time I need such a service, and I highly recommend them to everyone in need of pest control!

I found out the hard way that I had a wasp nest in the backyard (on the pool). I took care of that nest, but the problem was getting worse. I was not really able to even go outside without wasps being around everywhere. Front and back. I started to make calls for pest control (which I have never done before) and found one gimmicky company after another. And then I found Free Bee. Eric called me back within the hour, and was at our home THAT SAME DAY. Him and Andrea were absolutely excellent. Very kind people, who clearly will go out of their way to help out. I am deathly afraid of being stung again (I am allergic), which would make this a prime opportunity to take advantage of my fear, but calling in Eric and Andrea was like calling on friends to help. They found SIX other nests in the yard and took care of all of them. The used TWO different types of treatment based on the location (the pool nooks and crannys and the house). They even found a nest IN the leg of my grill. This team left no stone unturned. So five days after the treatment (and a HUGE improvement in wasps. I mean huge, now there are a couple stragglers on the flowers and that's it)… I found another nest in my mailbox. Of course, this was far from the house treatments and the back yard where all the original nests were. I called Eric at 9:45am and asked him if he would be down this way any time this week… he showed up an hour and a half later and took care of that nest. How refreshing to find an honest company, no gimmicks, no feeding on your vulnerability when pests are taking over. Highly recommend. Worth every dime (and was half the price of some of these chains). Can't thank them enough.
