I was scam by someone claiming to be from freedom plus.com agent his name was James he did not provide me a last name he did take $149.40 for my cash app account which I have screenshots of in the name of Edward Flores I dont have 149.40 I borrowed that money to get the loan once he took my money from my cash app he then hung up he phone and would not answer the phone I then called him on my husband's phone which he then answered the phone and said that we got disconnected and he tried to call me back which he did not he also did not email me any contract like he said he was he said that I had to pay another $450 in order to get the $5,000 loan

You've definitely been conned and it is important to take the necessary step without any delay. You should contact your bank or Cash App straight away in relation to this fraud and try to cancel the said transaction. Make sure you hand over every photo along with the messages that the scammer sent. Also, reach out to FreedomPlus to inform them about the impersonator whilst making quite sure they do not represent FreedomPlus.
Report the case to the law enforcement agency and the Federal Trade Commission for fraud, and consumer protection in your state. Be careful of the next loan offers because a legitimate lender wouldn’t ask for any collateral. Cut the con artist off from your accounts and see if there remains any other activity which is suspicious.
