FreeShipping.com customer service

If you shop a lot I'd say use this company because they give the highest cash back rebate and reimburse on shipping costs. However Customer Service from the "supervisors" to call center chat reps are so unprofessional. I swear if I didn't get a lot of coupons I'd stick with Ebates and that's FREE!I hate contacting them for anything. They need more training!

FreeShipping.com charged 12.97$ without any reason

I lived in the United States in February 2018 in January 2019. I used to shop online during the US, but every time I choose my own free courier service, such as macy's website, now I have left the US for 4 months. I found that your company deducted $12.97 from my credit card every month. This is really unbelievable. At this time, I went back to check my credit card bill. Your company has been deducting my fees every month. I am not sure why the amount has been deducted by "IC *FREESHIPPING.com 800-2556355 CT". The only information I have is the name of the website that took the money from my account. Please refund me my amount without any delay. My email id is [protected]@163.com Thanks.

I just noticed a charge for 3 months for $12.97 a month. I never ordered your
services or purchased a membership. This is a unauthorized charge that
I have no idea how you got my credit card info. I pay for shipping charges
on any purchases I make. Please refund charges to my bank checking account.

FreeShipping.com trying to make a purchase

Tried to make a purchase on the LKBennett website and free shipping .com would not allow me to proceed unless i applied and paid 1.97 a month for free shipping. I did and come to find out that I could not apply it to my order. This is a scam and I want my money back and do not want the $1.97 to be debited from my credit card acct. FreeShipping.com unauthorized debits from my bank account

I purchased a product from an outdoors company in December of 2017 and since that time there has been an unauthorized deduction of $12.97 from my bank account monthly. I have been unable to contact the company directly and the total amount is currently $194.55 these leeches have stolen from me. The banking account is a shared account with my spouse so we each assumed the charge was from something the other had done. We finally realized neither of us had authorized these transactions and now seek to have the funds refunded in full and to expose this company for their fradulent actions.

FreeShipping.com unauthorized charges

Apparently I have not been paying close attention (so my bad) but Shipping.com has been charging $12.97 monthly for quite some time. I never authorized Any subscriptions to this company for any services. I contacted them and they are willing to only return (12) payments. This has been going on since 2016. I realize much of this is my fault for not auditing my checking monthly statements. But still this is ridiculous that a company can do this. BE AWARE

On 2/6/2019 I was charged $1.97 with Reference Number 2490641151Z61F5P0 for I don't know what?
Then on 2/13/2019 I was charged $12.97 with Reference Number 24906411Q1ZG0TSL5 for I don't know what?

Please cancel whatever you are doing and refund $14.94, which is my money to the CreditOne Visa account you took it from. I do not want, and didn't ask for your service.

FreeShipping.com unauthorized withdrawals from my checking account.

On 11/20/18 and 12/20/18 I had unauthorized withdrawals from my checking account in the amount of $12.97 each month. I demand that my so called membership be canceled immediately and the $25.94 withdrawn be refunded immediately. I am unaware of who Freeshipping.com is or how they obtained my credit card information. I have never signed up for this service.

I discovered that freeshipping.com had fraudulently obtained my bank account number and was taking unauthorized withdrawals from my account which I never agreed to and never authorized. I called the company and spoke with someone on the phone who said they would refund the money but they have not told me how the company obtained my credit card number. You are stealing from people and this is criminal behavior. I see your answers to other people saying to just ask for a refund, but you had no right to take my money without my authorization in the first place. How do you answer for this kind of behavior? The person on the phone tried to tell me I just forgot I signed up for it, but I'm not a crazy person! I remember the things I do with stark and startling clarity, and this is not something I did! Nice try! This is called stealing! I expect to see every penny refunded or I will have this company brought up on fraud and theft charges!

FreeShipping.com fraudulent freeshipping.com transactions on my regions credit card account ending 2147

I have just noticed 2 deductions from my credit card of which I have no knowledge nor have they been authorized by me. My name is Judith Lunn and the transactions concerned are for $1.97 and $12.97 on Nov 25 and Dec 2 respectively on my Regions Credir Card ending 2147.
Please arrange to refund these amounts back to my account at your earliest convenience. Meantime I will be reporting this to my Bank and will in due course be notifying the AG Florida office of my concerns over having to take up such issues with a company I have never heard of nor would any wish to have dealings with.
I look forward to r ceiling a prompt reply.

FreeShipping.com promised cash back rebate

FS cancelled my membership once I inquired about a rejection of my claim, AND when I had accumulated $552 in rebates due to cash back. FS was supposed to send me a check for such amount before 12/15 - to avoid paying what they owed me, they cancelled my membership.

After the I submitted the documentation, and they responded with the below, I got my membership cancelled.

freeshipping.com has been takeing money from my husbands bank account. We Never Signed up for this. Or Never autherized them to take any funds out of our account. A total amount free shipping.com took from our funds was$98.94. I don't know how they got our account number. We demand our funds back ASAP. This is totally unprofessional highway robbery.

FreeShipping.com membership

This company is EXTREMELY unprofessional! I had service with them 2.5 years ago and tried to get service again last week. They didn't recognize my email address, so made me create a new account. I made two purchases, one for $780, the other for $967. They sent confirmation on the first one informing me of how much I'd be receiving only to cancel my membership a couple of days later. I called and was informed that I canceled my account. After informing the person that I didn't, she researched and found that they canceled me, due to my previous accounts, stating one account per household. Since that was my only account, she escalated and instructed me am to allow 48 hours to hear back. On the third day I called only to be told VERY BLUNTLY, that I'd have to wait and that they didn't know when I'd be contacted. I get an email today which I've posted, but didn't address ANYTHING! The way this company handles business is horrible!

FreeShipping.com freeshipping.com membership

READ their user agreement VERY CLOSELY. There are so many stipulations, you have to walk a very fine line to make sure you stay within their guidelines. And THEY WILL will use whatever reason they can to end your membership with no notice after you've paid them monthly and made purchases and submitted evidence for rewards/shipping refunds. They won't answer your emails when you try to figure out why they suddenly blocked you from your account. They have a sister company called shopsmarter.com that does the same thing.

FreeShipping.com free shipping.com - refund me the money since march 2018

Now all of a sudden $12.97 every month was withheld from my debit card from the above named website. I paid complete amount using my debit card when I purchased cosmetics online. This is the only way they could have got my debit card number. I am not sure why the amount been deducted by "IC *FREESHIPPING.com [protected] CT" since March. I didn't subscribe anything, and the transactions are not authorized. The only information I have is the name of the website that took the money from my account on 17/05/2018, 4/19/2018 and 3/20/2018. Please refund me my amount without any delay. These pimps are getting our credit information from merchants! I've had 3 bad experiences with this company and yet the merchants keep on wanting to sell this poop keep taking bribes from free shipping to keep them going! Don't fall for it! My bank was kind enough to get my money back, but I know that there are other folks who have bad banks. Please don't get sucked in!

FreeShipping.com charged my card without ever signing up for it

I was checking my credit card statement and saw this company. I've never heard of them before. I spoke with Andrew. He told me that I purchased this subscription through Early Moments. I said I've never of them or Freeshipping.com. I told him that Early Moments sounds like a company about children, and I dont even have any. He said they would cancel my subscription, and i had to ask if im going to get my money back. He did say I would and then i had to ask how long...good customer service would just provide that info, but by they way he reacted he gets these phone calls alot... So supposedly 3-5 business days i get the money back. If not im going to close my card.

FreeShipping.com charged me $12.97 after I clicked on its ad after making a purchase through Kohls.com just a few weeks ago.
