I am currently experiencing significant issues with Freightquote regarding a refund for a cancelled order. After cancelling the order, I was initially informed by Freightquote that they would handle the refund. However, they have continually delayed the process, providing no firm timeline each time I contact them. In their recent communications, they mentioned that the refund would be handled by the shipping company. Yet, upon contacting the shipping company, I was informed that they had not received any such instructions from Freightquote and that they are not responsible for issuing my refund. As the payment was made through C.H. Robinson, it is clear that the refund should be processed by them directly. This ongoing delay and miscommunication have caused considerable inconvenience. To this date, I have not received my refund, and no one has contacted me to resolve this issue.
