My husband works for Frito Lay Inc in Milford CT. He has 29 1/2 years with the company. The company changed their pay structure in March of 2021. The company no longer pays commission or overtime. My husbands pay went from about $1, 200 a week take home to $800 a week. How can they get away with this? We need someone from the labor department to check into this and see if it's legal as to how they are paying their workers. How can Frito Lay not pay overtime? Please help us determine if they are abiding the laws.
