There was a free bottle offer, but I had to order 2 in order to get it. The price was supposed to be 39.73. They shipped me 5 bottles and charged me 199.98.
I wouldn't have ordered 5 bottles because I didn't know how my body would tolerate these gummies, so I ordered the smallest amount possible. I also did not sign up for a subscription. I want no further dealing with this company. I would like a refund of the difference of what I ordered and what they sent. I also filed a discrepancy with my credit card company (citi bank)
Claimed loss: $160.26
Desired outcome: for them to remove the excess charge. I would be happy to return the extra bottles.
