There was a free bottle offer, but I had to order 2 in order to get it. The price was supposed to be 39.73. They shipped me 5 bottles and charged me 199.98. I wouldn't have ordered 5 bottles because I didn't know how my body would tolerate these gummies, so I ordered the smallest amount possible. I also did not sign up for a subscription. Fulfillment Center cbd gummies

For the last couple months, I have been receiving 3 bottles of CBD gummies that I have never ordered and never would. I have a job that Requires random drug testing. I am unable to locate which credit card you are charging. I can send all of the bottles once you provide me with a return label. Please advise what credit card you are charging and refund my account. I have tried to have a chat but it sends you to another screen requesting a payment and I’m not willing to enter the information.

Desired outcome: I am requesting a refund from all the charges and what credit card you have been charging.

I ordered the keto gummies for weight loss and they charged more then the price they offered them for. They were supposed to be $49.00 for 2 bottles and they sent 7 bottles and charged me $ 258.00.They did this to me before and I called them and they told me to return them for a full refund. I returned them and never received my refund of $258.00.

I singed up for 1 free bottle, but got a package of 7 and charged for them! I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION! I want to return the product and I want a full refund. I never placed any orders with this company. Yet today I get 5 bottles of CBD Orange Gummies! Are they sending this dangerous drug out for free? If they are spamming these drugs out randomly, then the Fed needs to step in and put a stop to it, because of the danger the CBD poses to many! The CBD Gummies are Highly Dangerous to myself and others, because of the Sever Adverse affect they have with Heart medications!

Fulfillment Center Charged for nonordered product

Hi, my name is Sister Catherine Luu, would like to inform you that 0n November 17, 2009 I checked out your website and was interested in ordering an Acai Pure Risk Free Trial diet supplement, hoping that the trial offer would help control my diet. I received the product in the mail on November 20, 2009, tried it the first day and unfortunately it did not work for me, I had an immediate reaction, nauseated and having an upset stomach. I waited 2-3 days for my stomach to settle and decided to get in touch with you to cancel my membership. I called many times but all the calls were monitored, plus I tried to get on www.getorderhelp.com as I was instructed to inform you of my situation and wishing to discontinue any active process. I was recently charged $59.95 for the product PURIFYDETOX888824 on December 3, 2009 which I did not wish to receive. I found out by checking with my bank and discovered this discrepancy. I did not get the product and I do not wish to continue. Please cancel my membership and do not send me any more of your products in the future. Please credit the disputed amount of $59.95 back to my account as soon as possible. I have already notify my bank to cancel the card. I apologize for the inconvenience and that our business didn't work out.

Fulfillment Center Order i didn't authorize

I cancelled this awhile ago and they are sending me this product and charging it to my credit card. I will stop this from being charged by contacting my credit union. I am sending this shipment back.

Ordered one bottle of POMclear for the shipping only of $4.95. Received item plus other products plus a statement for $44.90. Returned the products along with their statement. This should have indicated I wasn't interested in the product. Well today I receive a bottle of POMclear with a statment for $44.90. I wouldkeep it, but they have charged our checking account for the $44.90. T^his company needs someone tobring charges against them. N o one I know in this day and time has that kind of money to spend on nonsense such as this. I am returning the bottle at my own expense and anything I receive, I will stop pay on the charge and keep the product.

send away for a free trail smaple of a anti-wrinkle serum beliving that i only had to pay $1.99 for the postage to now have my credit card charge 3 times with amount of $87.56 on th e 9/28/2011, $90.55 on the 10/13/2011 and again $68.14 on the 10/20/2011 as i live in australia there was also a currency conversion fee on each transaction

This "Lifestyle Program" was offered to "try for shipping only $4.95. Instead came multiple shipments charged and there is no way to get hold of them. I spent alot of time on "hold" (telephone) and pushed the right buttons to have this cancelled (I thought) and today I get another shipment with $44.90 charges. Fulfillment Center Unauthorized billing

I responded to a Free offer on line for acai berry pills to try. All I had to pay was $1.00 S&H . I gave them my debit card number for the dollar charge, received the pills which were for my daughter to try; never gave this another thought because my daughter decided she didn't want to try theses pills.

I bank online and on Oct 24, I see a charge for $90.02 which I could not account for. I called the bank and they gave me th phone number of the folks who received the money.

I called them to see who they were and that's when I found out they were the group who offered the free trial. Since they did not hear from me, they say they sent out $90.02 worth of more acai berry pills; which I never even received.

After reading other complaints about this company and others like them; I'm now going to have to file a Stop Payment report with my bank so they cannot take anymore money. This is sickening.

I received medication that I did not order. I have never even been on their website and I do not order medication on the Internet. They included a note 'thank you for your order.' I am going to my bank tomorrow to see if they used my credit card number and if so will file a complaint. My attorney will take it from there and if they fraudulently charged my credit card my bank will take care of it. If they used my credit card they will be charged with fraud and my credit card number will be changed by my bank.

had the same thing happen to me. After calling 5 different numbers I finally got through to a customer representative and pretty much went off on their business pracitices and their stealing of my money. She wanted me to prove that I tried to cancel by sending in her my phone records which I said fat chance on that. Asked to talk to a supervisor but conveinetly they were in a meeting. called back later still in meeting. said I would get a return phone call back but not holding my breath on that. the number on bottle does not work yet customer service rep. says it does. This company has a F rating with the BBB and many complaints with consumers affair. I urge everyone who has gone through this to post complaints on both sites and shut them down before they steal from more unexspected consumers.
