I ordered the Keto Gummies in December. It was buy one bottle get one free. I did not sign up for a subscription. Today I received two more bottles in mail. I do not want them, nor do I want to pay for them. There is no phone number to call only the address I gave above with an order number. It’s not even the same product I ordered first time. Last ones were green, these are orange! How can I get this to stop?
Desired outcome: To not pay for the ones I received today and not to receive anymore product in the future.
I noticed on my bank draft for the Lifeboost Keto gummies it says Top K Luxe for the company name and phone is TOPKLUXE [protected]. I called and they were helpful and will return anything under 30 days. They will also cancel bank drafting.

Apparently when I agreed to a trial offer, it included a subscription. It was very difficult to figure out what account they were charging because the name is nowhere on the bottles. I too was offered half the monthly subscription refund of $100 because they had already sent one week supply. Stay away from this company.
This is quite a ripoff. There seems to be multiple similar Algarve KETO+ Gummy products with similar names so there are many phone numbers to try. For "Algarve KETO+ ACV Gummies" the number to call to cancel is [protected]. Very polite customer service rep with a short wait time ( 8:00AM EST) helped to cancel recurring purchase and offered a 40% refund without returning product, but after a bit of haggling got it up to 50% refund. Theoretically possible to repackage and ship at your own expense for full refund, less your shipping cost and restocking fee.

Just called [protected] to see about returning the product. The agent gave me a return authorization number. This was a skin tag remover (Didn't work). She told me I could only return the last 2 bottles they shippped to me. I did order 2 bottles to try it out, but they kept sending additional shipments, enough to last a few years if it worked, and kept charging me $129 each time. Little information provided and frankly took me a while to notice what they had done. These people should go to jail.
I have successfully removed skin tags and other skin lesions with Young Living Frankenscense oil. I do not encourage the use of any other oil company. They are the purest oils. I am a user of YL products not a member of the company.

I called eight four four - nine seven eight - seven four six seven, today. The first person hung up on me. The 2nd tried to have me keep the extra 5 bottles from my "subscription" for a 35% credit. He upped it to 50%. When I refused and insisted on returning the 2nd shipment, he finally gave me an RMA and a reference number for me to return it to the address on the package.

It is now April 30, and I have talked to 4 people. I returned the keto gummy Luxe product on April 14. My tracking number confirmed delivery to them on April 17. I called again on April 19. Was told I should see a refund on or about April 24. This person failed to record my tracking number.
I called again today April 30 and was told to expect my refund by May 5. She took the tracking number and confirmed its arrival. She said there is a 2-3 week processing time for refunds. I will follow up here as I go. FYI this is a processing center for multiple products. Keep track of your calls and the person you talk to. Best Wishes.

Follow up for April 10, April 30 and today May 12. I still have not received a refund. Today was new [censored]. Today I got yet another person. Jalen. She ran through all of the same shiot that the previous 4 people said. This time I told her I had called too much and if this isn't resolved I would call the Attorney General in Tennessee. She kept reading her script.
She put me on hold at least 6 times to verify with the warehouse that my order was received and processed. Now she tried to say that the warehouse charges a $5 per bottle restocking fee. I totally refused to pay that as I did not order the product. She came back after another hold and said they would give me 50% off the restocking fee. I said no. I told her the previous person told me on April 30 that I would receive a full refund - Artri. After another hold she came back with to report that I would receive a full refund.
I JUST today (a few minutes after this call) received an email confirming my full refund. She now says since this was on a VISA it would take 7-10 business days to show up. MANNNNNNNNNN! How do places like this get away with it?
I would encourage you all to keep going. When you get a refund verification number ASK for an email confirmation. I didn't know this would help but it would mark your notification.

I ordered the keto + acv gummies and was charged $199 plus another $59 which I was not expecting. I received the items very quickly. The ingredients are not the same as the website listed. This kind of freaked me out. I called the phone number listed on the website I ordered from. Questioned them about returning and receiving a full refund. I was told 30 day money back guarantee as long as bottles are sent back sealed. I decided to do a little google search and found all kinds of complaints! After reading through all the complaints I am not messing around. If I do I’ll get another 5 bottles. I am not sending them back and disputed the charges to my credit card company. SCAM! Valuable lesson learned.

She did try to get me to take a discount and I told her no. 5 bottles of gummies and 2 detox bottles for 259 was not what I ordered and told her the website was misleading. If you will return them, they will charge the initial card you gave them and they will tell you that you agreed for the monthly subscription. I returned about 17 bottles on 4/28/2023 and they charged my husband almost $200 and told him that he agreed for the subscription. i even put a note to stop sending and he claimed that they just sent another shipment this week which is about 3 weeks after they received the returned products. He claimed that we are supposed to called them first and asked for a return shipment note before returning the product. We called the number but nobody is answering and when I told them that we can sue them for what they are doing, he told my husband that they will issue him a $100 credit and he does not need to return whatever they just recently mailed.

Just contacted a "consultant" about stopping a gummie subscription I diod not order. Her (computer) name was Helen. She sent to a "computer expert" (what the hell) where I have to pay $1 to speak to this expert. Complete scam. At least I am zeroing on the owners and location. [censored] should be in jail.
My mom is a victim of this scam since Feb 2023. This is the current number I used to speak to their "customer service" [protected]. Seems they continuously change their number or use different numbers. Every monthly charge had a different number and the company name on the monthly transaction is different from the original charge. Company name was a bunch of different letters. I asked customer service for a website and it did not work.

I finally got a number off my bank statement. It took 3 charges, different websites and finally the number. It’s technically required. Unfortunately was only able to prove i was still within my 30 days of August shipment and required to return September as well when it finally arrives.

I just got these KETO gummies in the mail which I never ever ordered at anytime. They had the wrong address on the package but my name. I checked online to see about this package from : Fulfillment center PO Box 700 Smyrna TN 37167 only to find people had been scammed. So I checked my CC's for a charge I didn't make. I found one of my card had been charged $129.88 and reference came back to Doctors with no explanation. I had seen no Doctors nor had I paid any Doctors using that CC. I disputed the charge and CC company canceled that card and are now sending me a new one. They will also be doing a investigation on that charge but it may take a few weeks to investigate. This card I haven't had for very long only about 2 months, and have kept that card on my person ever since, so there is little chance someone could have got my information from me. Thus, someone has hacked that information or the CC company has a mole connected to this scam. I would say the scam artist is a professional who knows how to cover their tracks pretty well. I do hope they slip up and Law Officials catch up to them for their scams.
This number worked and from what I found out is, the person who answered the number 8 7 7 3 9 7 4 3 4 6 stated she was a call center located in Southeast Asia in the Philippines. She was trying to get my correct address as the package was labeled with the wrong one, she also tried to get the last 4 digits of my CC which I also declined to do. She stated they sell many products. I am not sure how she is connected with the scam they are running through that call center but may be hired through a 3rd party. I decline to give them any more of my personal information or correct what they have gotten wrong. I also decline to send back their product, but will turn it over to Law Officers if they seek to pursue this scam. Any other packages of unknown products will be rejected and given to the Post Office to return to sender.

The website - True Form Gummies - has reviews, etc. I appreciate the information given by many. I talked with my bank when this happened before, to refuse the charge. However, since I did not have a phone number or a way to cancel my 'subscription', I received 5 bottles last month and another charge on my account this month. The telephone number I got was a call center. Their responsibility is to answer the complaint line. The woman I spoke to was difficult to understand due to language barrier and inability to answer my questions. The telephone number I used is [protected]. This number came in my bank statement.

Same story as others here! Complete fraud and information/identity theft! I received a package in the mail for product that I never ordered (and have no idea what it is). The packing slip didn’t have a company name, website, or phone number. I googled the address that it was shipped from and found the phone number listed above in this thread. The genetlemen I spoke to said his name was “Steve Anderson”. They refused to give me a full refund. They said they would refund 50% as a “courtesy” and kept repeating that it was a “customer initiated order”! I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company and now have to have the account cancelled and new cards issued. Someone needs to get this stopped and this company prosecuted for theft!

I finally found the original email receipt and had to modify the email address that the email had come from, but I successful at sending to the below email did hear back from that that they would cancel the subscription. It took quite a few days to hear back so be patient.

I ordered the CBD gummies and the Cryogen skin tag remover and thought it was a one time order, but I received another order of them this month and was charged $129.98 for each of them. I was able to call 1.8.8.8.5.4.1.1.4.5.6. to get the Cryogen skin tag remover cancelled and I was able to call1.8.5.5.4.7.8.4.0.3.4. to get the CBD gummies cancelled. They gave me reference #'s, but I also put in to have the charges reversed on my credit card.
I also went ahead and had my credit card cancelled and a new one sent to me just in case. This membership thing was a scam, but lucky I was able to get them cancelled.

So I ordered the Skin Tag product and when I received there was no number to call and never received an email. I received a second shipment which I did not sign up for and thought I called and got it canceled but apparently not. Ordered CBD gummies (buy one, get one) but it’s deceptive because they actually charged me full price for each bottle ($129.88 for the order). Saw a second charge to my card and turns out they charged and shipped me something I did not purchase ($59.99). Called the phone number listed on the credit card transaction name and was told there was a checkbox that I did not uncheck when ordering (deceptive and utterly false as there was no other add-on components or checkbox on the site). Was given an RMA and told like others here that they would keep 50% of that charge for a restocking fee. The rep assured me that any subscriptions for either product were cancelled (no confirmation number and I assume they won’t email me confirmation either). Told me it will take 2-3 weeks to process the partial refund to my card after they receive the items back. Already filed a transaction complaint with my card provider.

You need to call [protected] (eight seven seven five four seven nine one two five). They will give you an RMA number and cancellation number. They offered me a stupid low refund. I said I want all of it. They said they couldn't give me more until they got the product back and it went through their inspection and sanitation process, whatever that means. I told her I would dispute it on my credit card.
The interesting thing is that I ordered Metabolix Labs Keto+ ACV Gummies. It showed on my credit care bill as Health Pros Optical in Wyoming.

It was frustrating when I called they kept asking the same questions over and over. I did eventually get the cancellation and a refund. I did am going to report to BBB. I asked why they are not transparent with a number and email and she just moved to her next scripted question.
