I ordered the Keto Gummies in December. It was buy one bottle get one free. I did not sign up for a subscription. Today I received two more bottles in mail. I do not want them, nor do I want to pay for them. There is no phone number to call only the address I gave above with an order number. It’s not even the same product I ordered first time. Last ones were green, these are orange! How can I get this to stop?
Desired outcome: To not pay for the ones I received today and not to receive anymore product in the future.

I received 5 bottles of CBD gummies in the mail at my workplace today. I did not order any gummies and so far I have not been charged. There was a packing slip with the return address of "Fulfillment Center, PO Box 7000, Smyrna, TN" but no other information. I will wait to see if I get more or if I any charges appear on my account.
Call their customer care number. [protected]. They will try and give you a discount up to 50% if you decide to keep their product. Ask for an RMA number. Send the product back and make sure you take a picture and tracking number. So you can dispute it with your credit card.
I can’t find any customer care number that is legit. One is a 555 number like the ones used in the movies, and the other is a general answering service and they don’t have a clue what Power CBD business is. Could you please tell me what number you called? Thanks!
Will be writing the BBB for a refund and product return. This company uses a TPA for their return auths and does not provide the name of the business to the customer. This is FRAUDULANT business acumen and should be addressed IMMEDIATELY. Requested a return auth for this product. Company is not who they say they are and does not provide labels, name of the organization or anything to send this product back to reclaim funds. I will be disputing the charges with my cc company as well as reporting them to the the BBB for false advertising and misappropriation of funds.

I just called that number and the lady; (Bia); was very polite and cancelled my subscription and gave me a cancellation #. We'll see if it gets cancelled.

I’ve received 4 bottles of CBD gummies labeled Power. I did not order these and don’t even know what they are for. They came from Fulfillment Center PO Box 7000, Smyrna TN. There’s no manufacturer’s name or address or phone number. On Google there’s a phone number and email address for Power CBD but both are fake.
Has anyone found a good contact phone number for these people? I don’t want these gummies and don’t know from where and how they are getting my money to pay for them.

The same thing happened to me. I only wanted a one time purchase and today I received a second shipment, which I didn't authorize.
I talked to a lady named Maffy who told me that I didn't called before the 30 days to cancel.
This 30 days cancelation was nowhere in the advertisement, you had the option to either choose a one time or concurrent subscription, which I didn't pick.
She apparently was able to cancel the order and offered a $70 refund.

Thank you for the good phone number. They tried to tell me that when I signed up that I knew there would be a monthly subscription, and that I had 30 days to cancel! I said that was not implied on the website and was extremely misleading. I would have never tried the product if I knew it would be a monthly subscription. Now to mail the product back and wonder if there is an legit keto gummies out there that doesn’t do this crap.

The telephone number to the Fulfilment Center is [protected]. No one will give you the name of this company - they just say they are a 3rd party contract center, but this is the warehouse that ultimately refunds your money. If you call and talk to them. they will give you a number to use in the address to return the product, ie, [protected], P.O. Box 7000, Smyrna, TN. When you mail the product back to them, make sure you keep your receipt from the Post Office with the tracking number. You will need that number repeatedly.
The best thing you can do is file a fraudulent claim report with your bank or credit card company. Get that started, and then file with the BBB, the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance, Division of Consumer Affairs, [protected]. Just an FYI - Genesis does not have a company license number with the State of Tennessee, nor do they have one with the County of Rutherford, TN or the City of Smyrna, TN.
I have returned and verified everything and today they told me they would refund my money to me today. Then, they came back on the line and told me they had some issues on their end and could not refund. I made the mistake of telling them I had already filed the fraudulent claim report with my bank, so now they have told me it will be 3 weeks before they can refund.

the 12.49 is for the "challenge body mind" website. apparently the order of the gummies automatically signs you up for this service as well. call 8*5*5, 4*6*0, 4*4*5*1 and tell them you want to cancel.

It looks like these people have been doing this for quite some time. I ordered in Sept. of 2023, barely got the lid off the bottle and received six more bottles I did not order. As soon as I could, I sent these bottles back and got a tracking number from the Post Office. I looked online and was able to get the phone number and I thank the person who gave it. I checked the tracking number online a couple of days after I mailed the bottles and the bottles had been received at their facility in Smyrna, TN. If you listened to the call I made to them, you would think I was the first person who had a problem to hear this person I was speaking to. He told me I did not follow the rules, I should have called within 5-7 days, it was less than 5-7 days so he told me to call back next week so it would be within 5-7 days. I asked him if he knew what "within" meant. I told him this is a scam and I would report them to the FTC and the BBB and I insisted upon getting a refund. At this point I don't have a leg to stand on and I have nothing to lose and will file a complaint with both.
I wish I had seen this first... I got suckered, the order in their system was for 6 bottles, $239.99 each shipment and it got set up on a subscription. The first month, I tried to get Discover to reverse the charge because the phone number on the website did not ring through so I called Discover the same day it happened. I should have followed up with Discover... I have gotten 2 more shipments from them and called the number on my statement today to find out they have a 30 day refund policy so I can return one but not the other two. This is asinine. BBB here I come. It's unfortunate that they have a bazillion names associated with that PO Box because I couldn't find a working number until I went to the card statement :(

Genesis Keto + Gummies is an absolute scam start to finish. No name or address on bottles. No name on return address on shipment and it's only a fulfillment center. Sign you up for a subscription without authorization then provide no email, address or phone number to cancel. After many many days and multiple phone numbers - some of which say can't find your "account" I finally reached a human. After 20 minutes of telling me I could have cancelled (although no number or email available) or how subscription was automatic unless I cancel then they try and negotiate a percent to return in product for a refund of a low percentage of money they'll refund. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR TACTICS - DEMAND YOUR MONEY.

Thank you all for your information. I was doing research before getting my one free bottle. It was from an Oprah advertisement that this was a Weight Watchers product. It also said she lost 60 pounds in a matter of weeks. The after photo looked photo shopped. This was all on I assume a "fake news" Time magazine article on Oprah advertising for WW.

What is the charge's name on your account for the withdraws. Someone told me to just call the bank and have them reject the charges going forward with them so they can no longer take money out of your account. I can't find what the charges are named on my mothers-in-law account.
I tried disputing the charge through the card co and they won’t do it until I cancel the order with the company and return them! The 888 number they gave me cannot be called from my area…

I finally got through to customer service for the keto gummies! Use number 8.7.7 3.9.7 4.3.4.6. They canceled my subscription and after 3 go arounds agreed to refund me full price if I return them. They try to give you a partial refund and not have to return. I got a return authorization number to return them. It’s just the order number of the shipment I received.

Thank you for that phone number. I called and the first person said she couldn’t access my account, and I told yes you can because you managed to take money out my checking account, and when I asked to speak to someone in charge I was disconnected. I called back and the guy cancelled my subscription ( that I never authorized) and offered me a 50% refund so I decided to accept that because I was worried they’d pull some other scam and I wouldn’t get anything back. So a small victory.

They pulled that on me too, 50 discount and keep product. They have a no return policy, and if they did, there would be a restocking fee! So I took it and told them to never send anything else to me ever again. But I just received 5 more worthless bottles, and now I'm out $200 and will undoubtedly face the same nonsense again! I heard it was 8 7 7 3 9 7 4 3 4 6. I am in the same boat, damn crooks! Got ahold of someone a few months ago, they wouldn't take the product back by offered a 50% refund, which I agreed to. Better than nothing. I never signed up for auto ship, but just received 5 more bottles of these nasty gumdrops (made me gain weight) and charged one of my cards, I don't even remember which one I used, $199.96! That's a lot on a fixed income! Someone needs to bust this fake outfit. They have the name Activlife on the bottles, but it's a sporting goods company that doesn't sell any pills of any kind. False front on top of fake pills!

They owe me almost 200.00 for my returned product and a year and a half later I am still waiting for my refund. I call and they tell me my echeck has been issued or they hang up on me. I canceled my credit card and I want my money back!
