My payment of $20.95 was paid for this membership. When I go to the website, my shipping costs are not reduced and the shipping costs not adjusted. I spoke to 7 different people who then claim they can't find my membership. Then I am told there are multiple accounts with old email address and ancient shipping addresses. When I sorted out the old emails and old addresses were not valid and needed to be cancelled. The customer service said they would do that. This happened 2/8/22. I paid the membership fee 1/16/22. I ordered it in November 2021.
I have not been able to get anyone to resolve this issue.
Desired outcome: I want all my Full Beauty accounts and One Stop Plus accounts cancelled and the Shoppers membership refunded.
