I want to cancel my subscription and no longer be charged for any services. I attempted to cancel my subscription online following the directions and received a confirmation till later find out that my account is still active and it’s not allowing me to cancel. There’s always an error message at different times of the day not allowing me to cancel successfully. I only purchased the one month subscription and then was charged for an annual subscription for $199 and for pills that I never wanted. Although I was told it’s a 30 day money back guarantee I was still not able to cancel or get my money back when it was an error. I’ve tried calling the phone number on multiple times for different days and not able to reach a representative. I’ve left voicemails with no response. I’ve tried to use the automated chat online to have a resolution and not able to have any resolution. I was returned an email simply stating that there would be no refund. When I emailed the train cancel the account due to the technical errors on the app I was not met with a response.
Desired outcome: Full refund for $288 and to successfully cancel the subscription and not have any more charges automatically deducted from my debit card.
