G Plans review: Unauthorized credit card charges

I purchased the “Annual plan” from the G-Plans website on May 26, 2022 at 13:15.

On the website what they said is that the plan costs 39.90$ And I checked really good that it didn’t said monthly subscription! That it’s a one time payment and that’s it. Even the cart on the website said 39.90 $.

Later they offered me a bundle which they claimed would cost 60 $.

I rejected the bundle and I made sure that I didn’t choose him.

An hour later they sent me the receipt that said they charged me 288$ !

When I reached the support mail a person named Sheldon answered me that it’s not possible to give me a refund and that they can’t charge me for something I didn’t choose to purchase.
