GA Derp. of Labor review: Unemployment insurance

After waiting 13 weeks almost 4 months after applying I received a determination letter saying I will be getting the unemployment. You guys sent 1 payment of back pay but never sent another for weekly pay so I'm very confused. now you ARE Again 4 weeks behind, can someone at least call me to explain. I try everyday to get someone but no calls back emailed not answered, nothing. what is going on with GDOL? did you not come back to work when everyone else did? getting pretty old. Do they not have to answer to anyone
