GALATEA review: Points/chapters

So yesterday I decided to give this app a try. The "Chapters" are way to short and obviously truncated for this platform. Whatever. I start reading , first free chapters are free and then I have to use 5 points to read the next chapter. And again the chapters are super short. I'm going to ignore the writing of the book here.

So, I run through my given points. And I still have over 35 chapters to read. How do I get more points? Watch ads, pay money, connect to social media, give feedback via a phone call. I can watch 10 ads a day and get up to 20 points a day. Okay, fine I'll do that. Ran out of points and make a plan to read tomorrow aka today. But now the chapters are 13 points each and there is a count down of over 9 hours. I can either wait or pay up. WTF? Why? Why am I being forced to wait? Oh right because the app wants me to actually pay money.

To be honest, the book isn't that great. The writing is actually pretty bad, but I was curious. If you want people to pay get better books. Not worth it.
