Let me start by saying i'm new to rolling and what i found in my tabacco bag made me sick. This is only my 2nd bag of gambers tabacco, i didn't mind the twigs in the bag but today as i was rolling i notice the tabacco was moving and there was no wind of fans blowing in my house, anyway i took a closer look only to find little white worms wiggling around, i was sick just thinking i smoked three worm cigaretts today i throw the bag the filter tubs away because it made me very sick just knowing i touched and smoked worms. I know sometimes you can't get all the bugs out but that was too many for me. I keep the bag in a ziplock bag so i know it didn't come from anywhere but your product. I'm totaly turned off to rolling and buying my marboro's safe from the store with no worms. To anyone that wants to roll i would just say no.
the product is getting cheap, too many steams and to much dust. please fix the problem u comme ###.
I have been rolling our own cigarettes for months now. When I first started I bought Gambler tobacco and did not have a problem. Before the big price increase I bought quite a few bags to avoid the increase for awhile. Two weeks ago I bought two bags of the tube cut. What a mistake!
The tobacco is damp and oily. It will not roll properly and it has ruined numerous tubes. I poured the bag out to try to let it dry out, that was two weeks ago and it is still damp.
I tried to return the unused bag but was told once it leaves the store it can't be returned.
The price has increased drastically and you only get half the amount as before. What is up with all of this?
I would appreciate a response and a solution!

Poor quality tobacco. Too many stems and unclean and causes me to waste tubes. Tobacco unclean. Guess Gambler only interested in money and not the quality of their product. Will not buy again.

Dear Sir:
I am very dissatisfied with the new tube cut tobacco. It don't smoke good at all. The old Gambler cut is 100% better. It stays together better, and don't dry out so fast after it's packed in the the cigarette tube. I changed brands, until you bring back the old cut. It's easier to use.
My email address is bull_frogette@yahoo.com.

Ig you are thinking of buying from an on line company called Cut Price Tobacco, think again. Their customer service is appaling. After waiting since early July 2009 for a delivery, i contacted them in late August to ask where my parcel was. They "say" they posted it but neither of the 2 carriers involved had any record of it. After trying to contact them again, they did not reply. In effecti have been ripped off so please be warned and avaoid this company like the plague
I'm responding to Becky S. at the top of the page, I haven't had many problems with tube cut other then a bag that was way too dry. The fresh tobacco is just fine and didn't seem oily at all, if yours was it had to have been contaminated by something. If I leave my bag open over night it drys out too much, so being still to moist after sitting out two weeks tells me something nasty had to be in it. I sure wouldn't smoke it.

Not only is the tobacco going to the dogs, so are the tubes. I bought two
boxes and had to dig thru them to find a tube that would fit my
machine. Anyone else having this problem?
where can i find coupons for the tobacco? and where is the best on-line store to buy ryo? have been looking ca not find a cheap place, Can anyone help plzzzzzzz?
I use gambler's tube cut tobacco, and I'm quite satisfied. In fact, I like the new stuff better than the old. It smokes better in my opinion. I'd be irate if gambler's switched back to the old. Why? Because it's the only roll your own product I like more than any name brand cigarettes. I won't settle or anything else. Considering the fact that I'm only spending a little over a third of what I used to, it would really suck to go back to name brand smokes. I frickin love gambler's. I do however have to say that yes, it dries out. What I do to keep my bag of tobacco at its freshest is always make sure I squish the air out as I'm sealing it; making sure it's completely sealed and airless. Then I fold the top half of the bag over and put the entire bag in a plastic container. It helps. I love my gambler's. I couldn't be more satisfied. All I can say is only buy your tobacco as you need it, and take the extra steps to keep it as fresh as possible. Rock on.
I just bought a bag of Gambler tube cut Turkish premium cigarette tobacco. I opened it up and tried to make a cigarette with a Bugler cigarette injection machine it is so dry that it will not work, I tried 5 times. I paid almost $18 for 1 1/2 oz and can't use it, the store where I purchased it will not take it back. Please let me know what I can do to get my money back or get it replaced with a fresh bag. I have no idea how long this sat on the shelf because there is no date on the bag. Your prompt response will be appreciated.
Thanks - Mike
Brought the Gambler plastic RYO Machine tried to roll some cigarettes the plastic parts in the machine broke after 2 weeks of use, The machine wasn't overfilled in fact the handle moved quiet easily It's just a bad product. They should quit selling them. I would recomend everyone stay away from this product.
I'm very unhappy with this tobacco. It is very dry and small. When i first started buying it I was happy with it. When you open the bag it is very dry.I even put a peice of apple in it to make it better.Sometimes that don't work.

THEY NEXT WEEK WEEKS IT WAS ALL FINE GOOD TOBACCO UNTIL I GOT ANOTHER BAD BAG .. I CANT FIND A NUMBER TO CONTACT GAMBLER AT ALL ID LIKE A EMAIL HOW I CAN GET A REFUND 4 TO BIG BAGS AT 35.99 A BAG OR AT LEAST A COUPON FOR THE WAST OF MONEY I PUT OUT THANKS KARRIDANNY30@AOL.COM
We always buy Gambler Tubes at two local shops. They use to take the .50 cent off coupon, but now they won't. We asked them why and they said that they never get there money BACK. Are they telling us the truth? And if so why don't you give the money back? They are selling your product. Remove them from the BOX if no one is going to honor them. We have started to save them, to see how much money we could have saved. Thank You for your time: sccats6666@yahoo.com
My bag of cambler tabacco was stale I am really upset and my box of tubes the gambler red box alot of them was rip ur bussiness need to get stuff right thanks
i have been smoking gambler cigarette tobacco for two years now for most of the time been happy but it has been more often now i have been buying yhe biggest bag u can get having it be stale and crisp.I still buy it but am not happy with the increase of the price guality and def smaller bags.I would like to keep on smoking it but something has to be done about the smaller bags price increase also i think i should be reimburst for the several bags i paid real good money for

tones46 I have been rolling for 4yrs now, since they shoved fsc at us. I had some dry bags, couple drops of water takes care of that.but what really upset me was the tobacco content, 85% foreign&15%u.s. tube cut just lost another customer.
I have two things to say 1 no store will take your coupons 2 there is to much shake in the bags of tobacco . Am not new to this either started rolling in1996 you need to go back to the old cut you used then. gmc200660@yahoo.com
Well folks I pay $24.54 for the 8oz bags whoever is paying over thirty is getting ripped off, , , as for the shake or dust it still smokes just fine just don't pack it, , , it used to not have as much shake but I am just happy that the buissness has not moved out of the USA because it is the only tobacco that tast like a decent ciggerett... as for the dryness get you a fine mist sprayer and litely dampen it, or you can buy a wet rock in some places you put it in water and it absorbs water then put it in your bag.BUT I WAS PAYING $350.00 A MONTH FOR ROLLED CIGARETTE S NOW JUST $90.00 SO I AM NOT GOING TO GRIPE AND COMPLAIN, , TRY SMOKING A NAME BRAND THEN LOOK AT THE END OF THE FILTER THEN LOOK AT THE TUBECUT I DONT KNOW WHAT THAT BLACK STUFF IS BUT IT, s NOT REGULAR TAR SO IF YOU WANT TO COMPLAIN GO BACK TO REGULAR PEROLLED CIG, S IF YOU CAN PAY THE PRICE FOR THEM IF NOT QUIT COMPLAINING ABOUT IT BEFOR YOU SCREW IT UP FOR THE REST OF US THAT THANK THEM FOR BEING HERE .IF YOU JUST WANT TO JUMP ON THE BANDWAGON AND BITC/ ABOUT SOMTHING THEN BITC/ ABOUT WHO IS REALLY SCREWING THINGS UP THAT GUY YOU MADE PRESIDENT
I have been smoking Gambler and using their Tubes for about 5 or 6 years and was pleased . But just recently I have been buying
bags where I usually do and getting VERY dry tobacco that jambs the tubes and burns VERY VERY quickly . I hate to do it but I may have to find a new brand . hemihead_73@hotmail.com
I have been smoking Gambler Tobacco for three years and lately it has been fine & powdery and harse tasting
F.H.
I purchased your starter kit and when tried use the slide roller it was broke called where I purchased it they said that was my problem if you are not stand behind what you make get out of the trade
i bought a bag of your 'Guaranteed Fresh' tube cut tobacco - however the guarantee fresh is a lose lie - I purchased it from a newly opened tobacco shop down the street from my house - it was purchased sometime at the end of January 2014 - HOWEVER inside the bag of 'Guaranteed Fresh' tobacco I found a coupon for 20 cents off that expired in December of last year - HOW IS THIS FRESH? The store is not even a year old - which leads me to believe that it was shipped to them this way? Unless they moved product from another location but from what I have gathered from the shop owner - this is his first business of any kind in the united states...
Its the stinky, nastiest, smelliest, foul tasting Tobacco I've EVER smoked. 40 years, NEVER smoked nastier tasting tobacco! esp..they charge high dollar for Cigarette tobacco, and it's is worse than the Worst of the Worst bottom of the Barrel pipe tobacco! Horrible they should be ashamed of themselves selling such crap!
Yesterday, I was rolling cigarettes when my machine jammed. I found a pebble in my machine, an now my machine won't work and it cannot be fixed. I am out an eighty-five dollar machine. I will never use this product, Tube Cut from Gambler, again. Beware of this product.

I opened a new bag of gamblers gold cut and it is full of cob webs and dead flies.all the tobacco is held together with cob webs.Do I smoke this stuff or not?I can't imagine a US company would let this out of there factory.Who you going to call GHOST BUSTERS LOL.No phone # or address on package. We were fine buying the Gambler tobacco at first, it was the best rolling tobacco we found, but now i don't know, it doesn't taste the same and i spend more time pulling stems out of the bag than actually rolling cigarettes. What's going on Gambler ?
Bought a Gambler tube cigarette machine. I've been smoking for over 40 years and this is the worst machine I've ever bought or used! Almost never gets the tobacco to the filter. Always have voids in them. Simply an awful product.
I agree...love Gambler...been rolling our own for over 6 months now.
I find that Gambler gives me the best taste tor the money spent. WE LIVE IN RI SO WE HAVE TO GO TO MA FOR TUBES...while there I also buy the Gambler brand Red regular flavor. Sometimes the tabocco is dry and other times its percect...go figure. I use the Tops rolling machine and love it..can roll a pack in about 15 mi ...I usually buy tbe Topps brand tubes cause you get 50 extra free for a total of 250 tubes. I used to buy online but the $26.00 shipping charge was to much. I CAN FILL UP MY CAR AND MAKE MANY TRIPS TO MA for that price. ENUFF SAID 😆
