I bought a big bag of tobacco a few days ago from a tobacco store located on Kentucky Ave, much to my surprise it was the last bag they had. Later that night I went home to pack my own filtered cigarettes and i found it was very difficult to pack due to the tobacco's quality. It was sawdust, if you have a packing machine and filtered cigarettes you may already know that it needs hair's of tobacco to pack fully. I'm very unsatisfied with the fact that gambler had the nerve to waste my $22 dollars.

I just bought your product two days ago. I am very upset with this product for a few reasons. I cannot roll a decent cigarette and I have ruined many many tubes. The product is STALE. I payed $29.89 for this bag plus the tubes were another 4 change. I have never had a problem with your brand but now it will not roll. I looked for a date on your product but cannot find one. Why is there no date and how do I get a full refund for this ? I bought it in West Haven Ct. I am very upset with this! craccio01@snet.net, please contact me asap.

I also roll my own cigarettes using a machine, and have used Gambler tobacco to do so. I have used many different brands to find my preference and have discovered that most any brand packaged in a bag is a "Gamble". When I buy tobacco packaged in a bag, I now switch it to a can with a seal tight lid. An empty tobacco can(Top, Drum, Bugler etc.) works just fine. If its stale when I buy it, I add one bottle cap of water for every 2-3 ounces of tobacco, seal the bag, and put it in the sunlight in front of a closed window. I put mine on my dashboard of my work truck in about a half an hour Im "ready to roll".

I too am very displeased with the Gambler tobacco. I bought a large bag of menthol and it was stale and barely tasted like menthol. All I could taste was the staleness of the tobacco. I have no problem rolling it in my Premier machine but I do have a problem with smoking garbage. I think what's even worse is that there seems to be no way to contact them and complain.

I agree, gambler is a "gamble". Been smoking it for awhile and what a joke! Stems, big chunks of god only knows what, then it all turns to powder a day after you by it. Wonder if it's just stuff swept up off the floor of a manufacturer like RJ Renolds or Philip Morris
