Purchased telefunken tv the 19th december and it stopped working ka di 21. Visited their shop with card I used to purchase and statement but they have advised that they need to get copy of receipt from head office been waiting from the 23rd and when I call im getting one story after the other. I bought this tv for my kids entertainment in december since the one I bought from the also in jan 2020 stopped working. I feel like I have been taken for a ride and they do not really care that theu sold me a faulty item. For a company that has been around for years their process and customer service is so poor. They do not want to take accountability and hide behind process.
